Izuku got home from his last day of middle school with a busted lip and a bleeding forehead. He walked straight to the bathroom to clean up the wounds, they weren't serious and he did want his mom to worry. Then he was finished, he got changed went into the kitchen found his mom making dinner.
"Izuku! you're home" Inko, his mom said happy to see him.
"What are you making" Izuku asked as he sat down by the table.
"I'm making your favorite....... Katsudon!"
"Ooo, but what is the special occasion?" Izuku asked suspiciously.
"Let's wait for your father first"
"I wonder what this is about"

A few minutes later...

All might in his small form walked in and sat at the table.
(They already know about all might's secret)
Everything fell into an awkward silence.
"So.... the news?" Izuku interrupting the silence.
"Right!" Inko said then looked at all might and simile. All might looked back at her and simile.
...

"You will be inheriting One for all tomorrow" all might said looking straight in to izuku's eyes with a simile.
Izuku then chokes on air.
"Are you okay Izu?" His mom asked worried. Izuku did not answer.
"I knew you would be excited!" He Said with a laugh as he took a bite of the dinner.
"Eh-"
"Never stop smiling! Am I right!" He said.
"Umm, if you will excuse me, I will be back" izuku said as he stood up and walked to his room.
"What did I do?" All might asked confused.
"I don't think it was your fault" inko said politely.
"He is a teenager, you can't expect him to catch on right away..." she continued.
"Did I push him to hard..." all might thought.

"We have been working on this since he was younger..... I don't understand"

"Just give him time..."
