She's been absorbed into her phone for the last 30 minutes with a dumb grin on her face and it's really started to agitate me.

It's been like this for months, I get that I fucked up and this is probably my karma. But it's like she's perfectly okay without me. She goes out with Kook and her other friend I've yet to meet, she's always texting and laughing at her phone saying it's the group chat. If I get held up at work or have to cancel a plan, she always says no sweat and makes different plans. I hate it I was once her Earth and she my Moon.

"I thought we were going to go have brunch, not sit on our phones all day," I pull her attention to me and she quickly sets down her phone.

"Sorry baby, Kookie's bothering me about his birthday. Let me just take a quick shower and we can head out," She tries to roll out of the bed and I quickly grab her leg pulling her back in making her giggle as she lays under me.

"Or we could stay in and go out for an early dinner later," I grin and press myself against her.

"I'm sore, Tae," she whines.

"I'll make you feel good, baby," I murmur kissing down her jaw to her neck.

"Tae, no," she gently pushes me off of her and I roll over, a groan leaving my chest as I lay on my back.

"What has been up with you lately?" she questions, her brows drawn close as she stares at me.

"Nothing, you have just been so busy and I want to feel close. I've missed you and you're busy with Kook's birthday which I can't even go to," I spit out bitterly getting up from the bed. I tug out my hoodie from the closet to put it on.

"What are you even talking about? Of course, you're going, you're my boyfriend," she slowly gets off the bed and wraps her arms around my waist.

"Now you remember?" I scoff and walk away from her.

"Tae, you know how important Kookie is to me, I've never hidden him from you. There's no reason to be jealous of him, we are just friends," she teases with her cute little smile, but it only seems to make me angrier.

"I'm not fucking jealous of him, I'm the one you crawl into bed with every night," I spit out and shock is apparent on her face.

"Excuse me?" she says puffing out her chest.

"I'm going out, we will talk later when I'm not pissed," I say grabbing my phone and keys.

"Tae, you can't just start an argument and fucking leave in the middle of it!"

I let the door slam behind me as I make it to Aviva's car and quickly climb in.

"I think my girls cheating on me," I say as I push my way past Jimin into his house.

"Why do you think that?" he asks as he pulls a beer out of the fridge handing it to me.

So I explain what's been going on the last few months and he listens quietly letting me vent through a few more beers. When I'm finally quiet he takes a deep breath and I can already tell I'm not going to like what he has to say.

"I don't think she's cheating, man. It just sounds like you pushed her to stop caring about the little things and she's found other ways to occupy her time instead of waiting around for you. And now you're smothering her. Just let her be, stop coming on so strong. From what I can tell, she must really love you if she's still sticking around," he says patting my back sympathetically.

"You've met her friend, right? Does he seem into her?"

"Kook? Nah, he's harmless more like an annoying little brother than anything," I say taking a swig of my beer.

Jimin's brows furrow and he looks troubled. "What's your girl's name again?"

Before I can answer my phone rings and I groan looking at the caller ID.

"I've got to go, man, I'll listen to your advice and relax a little. Thanks for the beers," I rush out of the house back into Aviva's car.

"I told you to stop fucking calling me, Hannah," I growl as I answer the phone.

"You didn't say that last month when you were fucking me in my dorm room," she sasses back.

"It was a mistake, just a slip-up. It means nothing."

"Okay, well let's make a mistake again. I really miss you, Taehyung, and how good you make me feel."

I hang up the call not even bothering to reply to her. My guilt is eating me. I never meant to go back to her, but I was so sure Aviva was stepping out that I got drunk and called Hannah.

I wish I never did because she hasn't left me alone since and it's getting harder to make up excuses about who's always calling. I quickly drive back home desperately needing to confirm the love of my life is still there.

When I walk into the house, the lights are off and the house is dark. My heart is racing as I creep to the bedroom praying she's there. As soon as my eyes land on her, the breath I'd been holding releases.

She's passed out on her side of the bed, I go to move the hair that's covering her face and notice the dried tears on her cheeks. Her phone vibrates on the end table a few times and I pick it up unlocking her phone to see messages from Jiminie 🐣💙.

Jiminie 🐣💙:

Hey! Uh, I know this is probably super random, but are you okay right now?

Can you please answer

I'm really worried about you, Viv.

My hands shake as I pull out my phone to confirm the number I have saved in my phone.

Fuck!

Jiminie 🐣💙:

If you don't reply to me, I'm going to call Kookie to go and do a safety check!

I quickly jot out a reply so he doesn't send in reinforcements.

Viv 🌼💛:

I'm fine, sorry was in the shower.

I'll see you tomorrow for lunch.

I delete all the messages from the last hour and lock her phone placing it back on the end table. I climb into the bed and pull Aviva close to me. She stirs in my arms and wakes a little as she recognizes it's me.

"I'm sorry, Tae," she mumbles half asleep.

"Don't worry about it, Gorgeous," I say and pull her close, pressing a kiss to the top of her head.

She falls back to sleep instantly, but I'm left awake for hours trying to figure out how it's all gone left. Aviva is clearly the girl Jimin's been talking about for all these years and he knows now that she's the one I've been cheating on.

I'm fucked!
