It was a bright sunny day in Teufort, New Mexico. The day was going as planned for The Sniper, The Sniper was an tall Australian man with a bad tan, and funky looking teeth. He was known for pissing in jars and being quite impolite but he wasn't that way around his other half. His other half was The Spy, people called Spy a 'Fraud' Because no one could trust the man. He was quite uneasy when he tried to explain thing, and his tone was quite discerning. But yet the Sniper still loved the man wholeheartedly.

Anyways why was today so important for The Sniper? Well the man was planning to propose a marriage to his love. Even though the thoughts of never able getting to marry the man annoyed him, and Spy past with Scout's mother always made The Sniper gag. He was going to do this because he wanted to show Spy his love and his passion for him. He wanted the fire which raged within the two to burn harder than it ever did before, and last longer than anything this world could imagine. He wanted Spy to know the he was the only man that the Sniper had ever been able to connect too, the only man that bother to listen to him.

He was going to make today a special day, he had everything planned out on the back of his hand. He had told his lover to meet him at their favorite restaurant, where the two shared the first moments together, where Sniper's stomach coiled for the first time, where the first fireworks of love when off, the place where the Sniper lips lost their virginity and pureness. Yes Spy was the first person The Sniper was able to ever kiss.

He waited for his date nervously outside of the restaurant, he was in the nicest pair of jeans he could find and a button up from which he borrowed from the Scout.. His dry hand shook together, as he leaned against the side of the building. His feet were uneasy, they felt as if they had the cold chills running up and down them. He bit his lip, his thoughts were messing with him again. He thought to himself 'What if the Spy never showed, what if he said something wrong and the Spy rejected him, What if the Spy simply said No' . He looked around getting a bit impatient, even though he was early his thoughts were consuming him alive and the man couldn't handle his mind much longer.

He was about to go to the payphone, and call the base to see if his lover was still there but that was before he saw The lovely Spy walking towards him. The Spy wasn't wearing his mask, he didn't wear his mask around the Sniper because he thought it was rude. The Spy facial complexion was honestly quite sexy, with his tight jaw and his slicked back black and gray hair. The Sniper instantly started to gain his hope again, maybe this was a great chance for The Sniper to make the first move and get the night started off on the right.

The Sniper walked over to the French fraud and wrapped his arm around his shoulder smelling his strong cologne with the first smell. Oh how The Sniper loved how Spy smelt. He smelt like roses on a summer day, which was a refreshing scent. "So mate, how was ya' mornin' sorry I didn't awake ya' when I when out this mornin', I had somewhere to go and I wanted ya' to sleep as much as possible" The Sniper said with an upbeat tone, even though his voice was quite raspy and hard sounding, he sounded very joyful today.

The French man took a few seconds to answer, but once he did the answer was short and sweet. "Bien, mon amour" Spy replied with this thick sounding french voice. Oh how Sniper adored when his boyfriend spoke in his foreign tongues. It turned Sniper on a bit, but he never was one to make that look obvious. Nor was Sniper the type of guy to ask for sex, it just didn't appeal to him much even though he was a freak in bed.

Once they got to the doors, Sniper opened the door for his lover letting him step into the restaurant first. As Spy stepped in, Sniper was close to step in behind. The Bell which hung above the door gave the slightest ring. The two love birds were so used to hearing that dinging sound. They would go out to eat on their lunch break all the time. They also when out to eat on holidays since they both didn't have family that would want to spend time with them. The Sniper grabbed his boyfriend's hand and gave him a simply smile, not too toothful because he didn't want to spoil their dinner. Spy gave him a smile back as his cheeks blushed up a bit, Spy rarely blushed but when he was around The Sniper everything was so different.

The host walked over to the two holding the menus, the host looked a bit off. Something just wasn't right about him. Sniper hadn't seen the man before in this restaurant and Sniper when there a lot, but he didn't let this stop the two from having their little date. This wasn't going to stop Sniper stop what he had been planning to do for a long while. He was confident that maybe Spy would just say 'Yes'.

Once they were guided to their table they sat down and handed the rather thick menus. Spy looked at his lover, he already knew what he was getting. Spy got the same thing all the time. The simply pasta platter, because it was very suiting for the Spy. Sniper looked through the menu a bit, He didn't know what he wanted. Most times he ended up getting just a burger, but he didn't want to be too sloppy. He wanted to eat something decent.

"Mate, I think I might get the Pasta Platter too" Sniper remarked as his eyes met his lover's eyes. Spy eyes widened at the words 'Pasta Platter', knowing his Sniper wasn't such a huge pasta fan.

"Mon Amour? You and Pasta? Vous plaisantez droit?" He raised his eyebrow a bit. Sniper just gave him a simply nod as he tried changing the topic.

"Yeah mate' ... Let's not talk about what we are getting to eat... Let's talk about ya' mate. About how ya' are. Ya' know I am really interested into hearing about ya', ya' know this is a date~" He already had the nervous tone to his voice again. His eyes where tracing around the room. He couldn't keep his eyes on Spy for some reason.

"Mon Amour? You sure you feel okay? You don't look vell-" Spy said noticing that Sniper had a bit of sweat running from his temple. Sniper was quick to wipe his forehead and give a bit of a raspy chuckle. He was about to say something but there was a noise coming from the back.

It sounded as if it was a scream. This scream caused Sniper to spring to his feet, and run to the back to see what of which was going on. Spy tried to slow Sniper down, but it didn't work. Sniper was a man of action, and once he had gotten into the back he wasn't surprised at the sight.

It was the Host, as everyone thought. He had stabbed on of the waitresses, who laid on the ground in a puddle of her own blood. The sight of that was gruesome. Sniper raised his fist and charged at the man sending a punch his face. The host didn't even react, he just pushed Sniper back into the wall. And with that push, Sniper had hit his head hard. He felt a bit of dizziness before he had passed out.

Spy ran into the back and saw his lover laying there, and the man trying to rob him of everything he had. Spy pulled out his pistol and he shot the Host in the head without any mercy what so ever. As the Host body hit the floor, he had dropped a tiny black box. Spy eyes widened as his chest tightened up, realizing that Sniper was going to propose to him. It was heartbreaking that Sniper's propose day was ruined like this.

Spy ran to his lover's boy side, putting his hand against his neck. Feeling his pulse, Sniper's heart was still fluttering like it always did. He must had gotten a concussion from the hit. Spy thought that Sniper was going to be fine after he got medical attention but this my friends, was only just the happening.
