The Request

Eda had finished cooking and everyone rushed in to eat. The small table immediately became crowded with everyone elbowing everyone because ¨they´re in their space¨ Eda came out with the dish full of food and set it on the table.

´Yeesh, I didn't realize how many kids I had in my house.´ Eda thought.

Everyone ate and they thanked Eda for the meal. As everyone cleaned up the table, King went up to Eda.

¨Eda, can we all go to my castle….er…uh……the other island tomorrow. Svetlana may know what it all means. Pleeeeeeeeeeeeeeaaaaaaaaaaasssssssseeeeeeeeee?¨ King asked.

¨Uhhhh………. I'm not exactly sure if that's a good idea.¨

¨Eda, Svetlana might know about all the symbols, paintings, and history of it. It could just take one afternoon!¨

Eda continued to clean the table but eventually agreed to it. King squealed and ran to the basement to tell Svetlana. Luz came in and grabbed a glass of water.

¨Woah. What´s King so excited about? ¨

¨He asked to go to his old castle tomorrow. Since Svetlana is his cousin, she might know more information about the symbols and paintings.¨

Luz gasped in excitement, ¨Are we all going?¨

Eda sighed, ¨I'm still hesitant about Blondie.¨

¨Well, I was talking to him right now and he didn't seem to pose a threat. We´ll just have to look out for him.¨

¨Welp, then tell everyone to get ready for bed. We've got a big day ahead tomorrow.¨

Eda watched Luz rush out of the kitchen and almost trip over the steps when heading to her room. She then grabbed a crystal ball and dialed a number. After a few rings, it finally picked up.

¨Hey Lily, are you busy tomorrow?¨

Luz walks into a brightly lit room, an abundance of orbs, vines, and ice crystals scattered around. She looked on the floor and saw that the huge stack of papers had disappeared, and so had he.

¨No no no nonononononononononono. OF COURSE HE GOT AWAY!!! I TEACH HIM GLYPH MAGIC AND HE HAS ALL THE INFO HE NEEDS!!!!¨

She rushed out of the room and felt herself pulled back into it. She looks back and sees Hunter reappear.

¨Hiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii.¨

Luz went into a state of shock and Hunter laughed.

¨WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU!!! I THOUGHT YOU BETRAYED US AND LEFT!!!¨ Luz yelled.

¨I mean I can but I didn´t. I can't blame you for thinking that.¨

After a bit of bickering, Athena walked in with a pile of books.

¨Hey Hunter. Are you done with Good Witch Azura because if you are, Svetlana really wants to read it!¨

Luz squealed and began to ramble, ¨YAYYYYYYYYYY!! ALL OF YOU ARE GETTING INTO GOOD WITCH AZURA!!!¨

¨WOAH WOAH WOAH!! I do not like Good Witch Azura! I swear you have to have some other books I can read.¨

¨Well, I do have Bones to Earth-¨ Luz says before getting off.

¨WHERE?!?¨

Athena takes a book from her stack to show him and he snatches it. He flips through the pages and sighs.

¨Ah, finally. A good book,¨ Hunter states.

¨Nope,¨ Athena says and snatches the book back.

He began to whine and Athena gave him Good Witch Azura 2.

¨I AM NOT READING THIS!!!¨

¨Well, I´m not done reading Bones to Earth sooooo……………..¨

¨Then give me the first book back. I am not going to go any further into this series,¨ he whines.

¨Nope, Svetlana´s reading that one. Face it Hunter, we´re all joining the Azura fandom and there's nothing you can do about it!¨ Athena said with a smug expression.

He groaned, grabbed the second book, and left the room.

¨Good night,¨ he yells.

¨Good night,¨ Luz and Athena yelled back.

They got ready for bed and went to sleep.
