Mystic Falls was a home to supernatural, with every corner was a monster lurking, and with every monster was danger.
The numerous animal attacks began an a hope that the supernatural wouldn't be uncovered, but there's always the interested defenceless human wanting to discover the truth.
I walk the streets of Mystic Falls, the past few days I'd been here I'd figured out a few more things about Stefan and Klaus, but not nearly enough to fulfil my curiosity.
"I don't understand", I say to Damon who was lurking behind me, thinking I wouldn't notice.
"You don't understand what, brain - eater?" Damon asked as he began walking next to me.
"Well why you were attempting to follow me, of course", I say, looking up to him as we continued walking.
"Thought you might want to help me with something", he said, making me furrow my brows as I continued walking around the corner, Damon following.
"And what would you need my help with?" I ask.
"Finding Stefan. Since you know so much about him, I figured we could use your help", he says.
"How lovely, the vampire wants my help", I sarcastically say.
"Don't worry, you were my last resort. The backup of the backup", Damon said, making me smile to myself.
"And if I say no?" I ask, raising an eyebrows as I look up to him.
"It's adorable how you think you have a choice", Damon said, making me chuckle.
"Actually I do have a choice, we always have choices Damon. Now show a little respect before I eat your brain", I smile, watching as he crossed his arms, awaiting my answer, "fine".
He nods, "good, c'mon then", Damon said, beginning to walk, but I don't move.
I hold a questionable look on my face, waiting for answers. He turns back and sees my look.
"Well, you need to know the plan, don't you?" Damon said, turning to walk again, I followed shortly behind.
"I don't see how I'm going to be much help, all I did was see him in a vision, that doesn't mean I get the address, time and location of him. I simply saw a face", I shrugged.
"Well, we'll see how much you know when you show me", Damon replied.
"How do you expect me to show you?" I questioned him.
"Open your mind", he said, putting his hand on mine. I furrowed my brows and tilted my head in confusion, not understanding what he was asking of me.
"Open my what?" I asked.
"Think of the visions in your head and open your mind to me", Damon ordered.
"How do I open my mind?" I asked, clueless.
"You'll know when it happens", Damon shrugged. I sighed and shut my eyes, thinking of what I saw the first time I saw the brains.
I opened my eyes and saw Damon looking into the distance as if he was thinking.
"I recognise that sign behind him", Damon said, talking about the 'welcome' sign that hung behind the scene.
"Really? Where from?" I asked him.
"I'm trying to remember", he sighed.
"Well, take your time, because we have all day", I sarcastically said, earning a glare.
"Come with me", Damon began walking further.
I did as he said and shortly after we reached his house. He continued walking upstairs and to his room, I stopped and crossed my arms, raising an eyebrow.
"Did you really just walk me to your bedroom?" I asked, leaning on the door.
"Don't flatter yourself", Damon rolled his eyes, then pointed to a thing hidden on the wall behind some stuff. It was a board filled with pictures and newspaper articles.
"This is all your brother?" I asked, seeming mesmerised by the sight.
"Yup. But he's not alone, like you saw in your vision, he's with Klaus", Damon said his name is a sigh.
"So, what now?" I asked him.
"We find him", Damon said in a 'duh' sound.
"Who said I wanted to find him?" I asked, crossing my arms. Of course I was going to help if needs be, but I found it funny how he expected me to do it straight away.
"Then I guess you won't get the answers you so keenly want", Damon shrugged, I rolled my eyes.
"Fine. Lets find your brother and his psycho friend", I tightly smiled.
