The blonde girl was once my best friend lyla.
We use to be very close, vinnie, lyla, and me.
She changed a lot including vinnie.
You can tell he got more muscular and was almost cover in tattoos.
Wearing lots of rings on his hands making his veins pop out.
I can see by there stands that lyla and vinnie are very close.
"Y/n" I was cut- of, of my thoughts when Lyla interpreted them.
"Y/n I thought you was dead" she say stepping closer to me.
Having a terrified look on her face as if she seen a ghost.
That is when I notice a sliver chain on her neck and I felt my stomach sink.
It has the name "vinnie" and I look at vinnie and seen the same chain but instead the name "lyla"
Once vinnie has seen me look at his chain he looked down at the floor.
"We'll I guessed you were wrong lyla" I looked her in the eyes
"How is this even possible" she said bringing me into a hug.
Flashbacks
"Come on y/n let's leave" vinnie says laughing trying to convince me to skip school
"Alright fine if that would make you happy" I say playfully rolling my eyes
He grabbed me by my waist while having a huge smile in his face.
I could look at that beautiful smile forever. Our lips connect to eachother.
I let go and say "only if lyla comes with us, I don't want to leave her all alone" I say smiling
"Fuck y/n we won't be able to do what we both wanted. But anything for you" he says
End of the flashback
Vinnie looked at me filled of guilt.
I cant feel like cheeks heat up.
I cant believe my best friend is dating my boyfriend.
I understand that I was gone, but why her? Why do they get to be with each other.
Lyla pulls back from the hug and looks back to vinnie smiling almost likes sos forgot.
"Vinnie-" she cuts herself off almost like she remembers
"Y/n" vinnie says coming closer to me
"I'm so sorry beautiful" he whispers gently grabbing my chin demanding me to look up at him.
A tear falls down my cheeks.
"Why her vinnie? Why do that to me?" I say
"She was the only one there for me when you left me."
