Chapter 8 - Crystal spider

I woke up early and staring at my beautiful partners. After sometime they woke up and we went to fresh up. And then we went downstairs waiting for others to arrive

Ohh.. horned wolf's and shadow knights, rewards are good and also its the same place as dark knights. Ok then we take both the quests. And thus rest all agreed. So we start our journey to the old capital

Soon we all cleaned all the dark knights, shadow knights and horned wolf's. We all sat down to take rest

I got up and 「 clairvoyance 」「 farsight 」activated both looking for any treasures

【 the capital got moved not destroyed or I don't we can find anything 】Yae

I found a underground passage. Let's go check it

Linse casted a light spell and we continued to move further then we saw some ancient texts carved on the walls. I don't want to decipher them now, so I just took my smartphone and took some pictures of the text, took some photos of all the girls. There is a Earth magic blockade, we have to pour some earth magic to pass the blockade so I pour the magic and went further. We suddenly see a object was placed at the end, we went closer to look and soon the light spell of Linse got dim, and a light is glowing from that object, I have a bad feeling so I immediately teleported all to the ground

【 What happened 】Linse

I think the object is observing your magic, I thought it's a threat so I teleported us all

【 what was that anyway and why it is observing Linse's magic 】Else

I don't know what is it or why it's observing the magic but I had a hunch that magic is the source of that thing

As I was explaining things to the girls then suddenly a explosion occurred and a transparent crystal with eight legs appeared in front of us, in a way it's look like crystal spider. I looked at it it's a small pebble to me though, but it's strong compare to Twins and Yae

【 Rimuru wait here I and Yae will go and destroy it 】Else

【 ( I and Yae went charging towards the crystal thing and I punched it but there isn't a dent on it and my gauntlets have been broken. Yae slashed that thing with her sword but her sword is broken. So we were getting back from that crystal it suddenly stretched it's legs to attack me and Yae it pierced in our both chests and it throwed us away but soon Rimuru come and hold us in his arms and gave us healing portions, we drank it and our wound got disappeared and we healed in an instant )  】Else thought herself

【 ( Else charged towards that crystal so I accompany with her to destroy that thing. We attacked both but our efforts are futile and our weapons were broken so we tried to get away but we got attacked and wounded and thrown away, before we fall Rimuru came to rescue us, given us the healing portions and soon we both get to normal ) 】Yae thought herself

Else and Yae went charging towards the crystal spider, both attacked it but their  gauntlets and sword were broken instead. They tried to get back but that spider attacked by stretching its leg and pierced both Else's and Yae's chest and throw thrown them. Before they falls I got them in my arms and gave a healing portion to both and they got healed

Else and Yae are you both ok ? How are you feeling ?

【 Hmm.. am OK and feeling good. Thanks Rimuru for saving me 】Else

【 Am OK too and thanks for saving Rimuru 】Yae

It's no problem but ( gave a head chop to both ) don't rush again like this, I was worried for a moment

【 Sis, Yae are you both ok 】Linse

【 Yeah we are fine 】Else

Thanks you both, but I want to destroy it by myself with my own hands

And also Ciel how strong is that crystal ? Does it will be any use for us, or do you want it to research

<< Master it seems that the crystals are tough and sturdy but it needs magic. It's the only downside but due to your infinite magic capacity it can be even more strong and powerful than legend class >> Ciel

I went straight walking towards the crystal by dodging all its attacks, it is nothing, and soon am in front of that crystal so I immediately took my sword and sliced it with its core it's like slicing a butter. The crystal spider stooped its moments and fell on the ground 「 Azathoth 」I ate ate it and kept in my imaginary space. After that I went to the girls
