We do see someone in a green cloak whose back towards the camera, putting something together made of vibranium.
We also see bots assembling. The audience thinks it's Reed's lab but we soon find out that this is Latveria where this scene takes place.
We then see that this is a mask for Dr. Victor von Doom for a future sequel
