― BEA ―

Oh God, where that could be been?! Yesterday, that fvking notebook is here and now on! It's gone! Why did that notebook vanish so fast? 

I look at my flat, oh god. My area is in a mess, the novel book is on the floor, also my writer's notebook― What did I do yesterday? Everything is in a mess. I look at my kitchen, oh god, there's some bottle of wine―Did I. . .drunk yesterday? Pft, never minds, all I need is my notebook, I mean my journal. That journal is full of my rants, secrets, my deepest secrets. And now, it's not here, is anyone go to my room―

My thoughts interrupt when someone rings the doorbell. 

"Bea?" Wait, who that could be? "BEAAA?" Ohh god, is that―nooo, no way! They're here?! No, no. "BEA! ARE YOU THERE?" Oh, men... With my mess flat? "BEA IF YOU AREN'T THERE, WE WILL JUST TYPE THE PASSCODE!" 

Oh, shit. Don't waste your time. I run to my door and put its mode in "DO NOT DISTURB". So there! Need to make those things back to where they are. 
While I was cleaning my flat I hear they were murmuring something, "The passcode! Ayaw gumana!" 

"Maybe, Bea gives us the wrong passcode or something?"  Pfft, they don't know about this thing? The "DO NOT DISTURB" thing? Never mind, I just need this clean and go a fast bath. 


There clean and fresh smell! Hmm, I didn't hear them anymore, aren't they waiting for me? I put the mode back to normal and suddenly it's opened. This thing made me jump in shock! "Oh there!. . .Bea! The heck!" "O-h, h. . .hi," I swallowed hard. I saw them for real waiting for me to open the door―I never thought that. 

"Hi, how's night? Did you sleep well?" Zyke says and shows a smile. How handsome this guy is― Bea, stop! I-its Ellise's boyfriend! "Kamusta?" Elli says. 

"Ito ok lang naman," I answered back, "Kanina pa kayo dito?" Maang-maagan 'kong tanong. Lumingon ako sa gilid nila ata napansin 'ko si'na Ate Zia, at Kuya Jai, pupunta pla talaga sila dito. 

"Ganda ng ngiti ni Anie, oh," ani ni Zia. "Haha, natutuwa lamang ako kasi dumating kayo," tugon 'ko. "Asus, Bea, ikaw pa? Kaibigan mo kami, alagan pupunta kami, motmot mo as a writer 'e!" Ani nman ni Jai. 

Napaka swerte 'ko dahil nakilala 'ko sila, sila ang naging daan para maging manunulat, kung hindi dahil sa kanila hindi ako mangangarap ng ganiito. "Alam 'ko naman 'yun, kuya," nakangiti 'kong ani, "Ano, pasok?" 

"Wow, ganda ng painting na yan, oh!" ani ni Ate Elli. "San mo nabili 'yan Bea?" Tanong naman ni Ate Zia. Hay, ako ang gumawa n'yan, saka hindi ako nabili ng mga pang-decoration. Ako mismo gumawa n'yan. "I'am, I mean, I made that, paintings" I answered. 

"Really?" Zyke says with a shock, "I never thought you're good at paintings," he says while looking at the painting on the walls. 


Well, 'yan ang unang talent 'ko, mag-drawing. Then now, I'm practicing at paintings, so there are they, at the walls. I guess, malakas talaga imaginatory 'ko kaya nakakabuo ako ng figures like that, and you know, stories. But I much like stories than paintings, pag may writer's block 'dun lang ako nag-papaint.

"Still when?" Kuya Jai asks. "Still I was a kid?" I say. I think. "'we?" Elli says, and looks at the music door, "You also have a studio here?" 
"Yes," I nodded with a smile. Well, I don't know why I have many talents, but I guess, I also have many problems. 

"Really," Zyke asks, "I want to hear you sing, can you give us a record?"

w-what? record? Ahm, I can't though! "A-ahm, maybe next time?" I say and go to the kitchen. 

I never thought about those things, Mr. Zyke wants to hear my voice singing? No way. 

"Anie," Zia says as she walks closer to me. I look back at her, "yes?" I ask. 
"Wanna meet some of our friends? I mean my friends?" She says with a soft smile. 
Friends? Of course! "Sure, I guess," I open a refrigerator, "What food do you want to eat?" 

"Ikaw bahala," she pauses, she's tapping at her phone, "Maybe,. . .Can they go here? hm?"

What, now? As in now? Fast talk ate? "Of course," I show a soft smile to her. 
"That's great! Makikilala mo na si'na Ace." She says with excitement. "And also~" We both jump in shock. "Baka s'ya forever mo Anie~~" Ate Elli say and winks.

Seriously? 

"There's no forever Ate," I remind her. "Well, baka sa kanila meron," singit ni Zia sa usapan. 

Well, for me walang forever as in, lagi ako bigo sa pag-ibig, at oo, bitter lang siguro 'no?. . .But matagal tagal na 'din ako hindi sumubok, at hindi na muli nagpapahulog. Why we try this time? Siguro nga kaylangan 'ko na 'din sumubok, ayoko naman tumandang dalaga 'no! I look at them with a curious. 

"Maybe, one of them Anie, pwede," Zia says, I saw there's hope in her eyes.  No way, pinamimigay n'yo ako? hm? "Well, kung ga'nun Zia! May bagong ship na lalayag!" Ate Elli jumps. 
"You all acting weird," I say and look away.
