the drive back home was silent. katsuki informed you that mina,kirishima and their daughter chiyo was coming over for dinner. you adored chiyo and treated her like your own so the news had you excited.

"what are you gonna make suki?" you ask while sitting on the kitchen counter.bakugo turns around to face you and says "shitty hair and raccoon eyes are bringing in take out" you laugh at the nicknames that the pro-hero gave the couple.

"daddy when is yo-yo coming over?" the little girl bugs her father who is cleaning off the stove. "she's on her way, go play with your doll till she comes 'k?" the little girl nods and makes her way back upstairs.

5 minutes later...

"oh my god y/n, i've missed you!" mina squeals loudly while hugging you. once she lets go you look at the little girl tugging on your pants. "oh my god, you got to big" u sequel in awe of the 5 year old. "i missed you auntie" the little girl expresses with a sassy tone. you kiss the little girl cheeks and put her down.

"kasaki, katsuki their here!" you scream out for the father and daughter so they can come down and greet the guest. kasaki comes running down running straight to chiyo. "best friend! best friend!" the two girls shout while hugging.

a few seconds later bakugo comes down with his natural scowl on his face. chiyo sees the tall man and run up to him, bakugo picks up the 5 year old in response. "kitty! kitty! kitty!" the little girl scream in excitement.

"what's up brat?" you look at the pro hero while he holds the child and engaging in conversation with the other hero's. once everyone greets everyone kirishima put the food on the counter and everyone disbursed.

"soo how's living with bakugo? mina ask while you show her your room. "it's cool, i actually like it" the pink haired girl nods and smirks. "does he know you have a crush on him?" she ask in a mild manner. your eyes go wide out of shock. "mina! shut it" you say embarrassed even tho it's just you two. mina laughs at your expression.

"it's okay y/n everyone has crushes" you shake your head at kinda response. "yea but i have a crush on my boss/roommate mina" your tone was very quite and timid. "mina laughs at your dramatics. before she can respond to you she gets cut off by a male yelling.

"come on let's eat damnit" mina snickers. "your lover boy is calling us~" you throw a pillow at mina and rush out of your room.

the two of you sit at the table with the rest of the family and start putting food on your plates. once you guy's start eating mina starts bringing up random conversations before asking bakugo how he enjoys your company.

"shes a dumbass,but i guess shes cool" your stomach flips from the playful response you playfully roll your eyes and stick your tounge out at him making the table chuckle.

after dinner....

once you guys finished dinner bakugo cleaned up the kitchen and dining room while the rest of y'all chose the movie 'the croods'. once he finished he sat on the couch next to you and kasaki.

halfway into the movie there's a knock on the door and katsuki gets up to get it but you tell him you got it. once you reach the door you open it and see a random woman with blonde hair and pale skin.

"hi is katsuki here" the random woman asks before you got to greet her. "uh yea. katsuki!" the quiet shout catching the attention of the blond man. he makes his way to the door and his eyes widen.

"sakura?" he asks quietly and the woman nods her head. you quitely make your way back to the couch in confusion. "who was that" mina asks coming over to you. "a lady named sakura" you quietly responded to her. "her eyes widen at the name, she looks over to her husband who's too into the movie to realize what's going on.

"who is that?" you ask and she looks you in the eye and quickly responds "your about to find out" she make her way back over to her husband and daughter and you turn your attention back to the movie.

"after 5 minutes bakugo and sakura comes back into the house quietly and she stands in the kitchen while he makes his way towards the living room. "dad is that mom?" the little girl ask her father who only nods his head. "your gonna go with her for the weekend okay?" your eyes widen at the realization that that lady is kasakis mom.

"wait bakugo are you sure?" kirishima asks his best friend who only nods. the little girl looks a little sad at the confession but you pull her in for a hug and she quickly smiles. "sai's leaving?" chiyo asks a little hurt and her mother only nods. bakugo quickly goes upstairs and packs her a quick bag before coming back downstairs.

the little girl puts her stuff on before saying goodbye to everyone. "bye y/n i'll see you later" she says sadly while hugging you tight. then she hugs her dad before sniffling. "i love you daddy" he kisses her head an respond back with a 'i love you too' after that the little girl leaves the house with her mother.

a hour later mina and her family leaves leaving only you and bakugo alone in the house.

"hey bakugo are you alright?" his head snaps i your direction and he nods. you walk over to the couch that he's sitting on and sit next to him.

"you know it's alright to not be okay right?" he scoffs and looks at you "are you kidding im always alright, it's just...i don't think i trust her, but i didn't wanna seem like the type that keeps their kids away from their parents" he quietly rants while looking into your eyes deeply.

you nod your and platonically rub his thigh. "it's gonna be okay suki, i promise" he nods puts on another movie of his choice.

20 minutes later you guys fall asleep on the couch together.
