"A forbidden love" red velvet x licorice fanfic

Figuring things out

It was the morning. Licorice just woke up. He than realized red velvet was gone.
"What the? Where did red velvet go?" Licorice asked
"Well he said he had to go do other business" dark choco said
"Oh-" licorice than remembered what he the other day
"Uhm mind if I go..check on him?" Licorice asked
"What for?" Pomegranate asked seeming suspicious of him
"I just..you know wanna see how he is and what he's doing!"
"Fine but be back soon ok?"
"Yeah definitely! I'll be there as soon as possible!" He said not knowing how long he would be gone.
Licorice than began leaving
"Alright now where is this place?" He was wondering which cafe Red velvet said he wanted to meet at.
He than found the crunchy cafe. This must be where Red velvet went.
Licorice went there and there he sees Red velvet sitting on the outside table.
"Oh hey there Licorice!" Red velvet waved
"Hi red velvet!" Licorice waved back at him
"Why don't you come take a seat ok?" Red velvet asked offering
Licorice than sat down on the seat in front of red velvet.
"So about yesterday-" red velvet said
Licorice sighed
"Huh you seem rather disappointed, is something bothering you?" Red velvet asked
"No." Licorice answered still seeming disappointed
"Than why do you still look upset?" Red velvet asked
"It's just.." Licorice sighed
"You're right. We do always focus on Dark enchantress and less about ourselves."
"Yeah and I know that is our duty." Red velvet said
"..right"
"But as I was saying ealier, we should have other times where we focus on ourselves and each other."
"Yeah you're right." Licorice agreed with red velvet.
"So what do you think of this view?" Red velvet asked
"Oh it's pretty nice I guess!" Licorice said "the sun really is shining today" he pointed out
"Yeah" red velvet said as he looked at it
"You know what red velvet." Licorice looked at him
"What is it licorice?" Red velvet looked at Licorice
"I really admire you." Licorice said
"..really you admire m-me?" Red velvet blushed
"Yeah, like your goal, your skills and everything!" Licorice also started blushing a bit
"Now now you must be joking haha..right?" Red velvet said as he touched his mouth to hide the blush
"N-no I'm not joking why would you think that!" Licorice answered
They both stared at each other a bit
"You know what Licorice.." red velvet looked down as he still blushed
"What?"
".i-I kinda admire you too."
"Wh-what?!?" Licorice was surprised to hear that. How could someone like Red velvet admire someone like Licorice?
"Yeah. I mean look at you. You have so much motivation and I mean yeah sometimes you could be a bit pushy about it but..I kinda like that about you." Red velvets fingers touched
"Oh." Licorice blushed more
"You know we should do this again." Licorice said
"Really?" Red velvet was surprised that he actually enjoyed this
"Yeah..I mean it was really nice to spend time together!"
"You're right. Ofc I would love too!" Red velvet responded
Meanwhile back at the dark kingdom*
"Ugh where the heck are they" Pomegranate started getting frustrated
"I don't know." Posion mushroom was looking for them
"Dark choco?" Pomegranate asked
"What?" He looked at her confused
"Can you go get them for me" Pomegranate ordered
"..I guess" Dark Choco sighed
"Good! I trust you Dark choco!" Pomegranate smiled as she ordered him to get them.
Back to Red velvet and Licorice*
"Oh well would you look at the time" red velvet said as he looked at the clock
"We should head back"
"Y..yeah I agree!" Licorice kinda got to caught up in the conversation
Red velvet and licorice than went back to the dark kingdom.
They ran into dark choco
"Oh uh hey Choco" red velvet waved
"Oh hi guys." He than realized he didn't have to get them cause they were already coming.
"Well let's go back I guess!" Licorice said
"Yeah." Dark choco responded
The boys than headed back to the dark kingdom.
"Oh I see you guys are back." Pomegranate said
"Yeah we're here" red velvet said
"Well you guys are pretty late but I'm glad you're here, our master is gonna be here any minute now." She said
"Oh uhm ok." Licorice said
They all than got prepared for Dark enchantress's arrival.
