"Are you ready?"

"Yes, no? Almost? I'm freaking out Andrea."

"Just breathe, why are you freaking out now?"

"Oh, I don't know, maybe because we have to go to a place I never been and never saw. Ah and maybe just maybe because is my fucking wedding day?"

"Juli-fucking-anna, You are already married to this man, So technically today is just a ceremony. You already live with him, have a daughter with him. Today is a party to celebrate that." Andrea said.

"Yes, you are right. I just - Nevermind, I'm ready."

"Finally, let's go, your limousine is waiting." He takes my hand and leads me outside.

So today is the day, it's been four months since we started planning, I chose the decorations, cake, flowers, invitations, all with Niccolo, I got to say he was very excited about everything.

Mama, Andrea, and Papa were with me when I chose my dress. When I saw it I fell immediately in love with it and I knew it was the one. It's all made of lace with a bit of a train, it's champagne color and with long sleeves, and the back, well the back actually made me think twice if I should buy it or not because it doesn't have a back.

But I went against my fears and insecurities because it's my day.

I can't believe that this is really happening, the wedding of my dreams with the love of my life.

I don't regret anything that I did in the past, and I would go through everything as long as I ended up here again.

If things didn't happen the way they did a lot would be different. If my dad didn't do what he did I would never have come to America. I still don't forgive him though. But without America, there would be no Andrea. If I didn't lose my job there would be no Niccolo.

Things happen for a reason.

If Marcello didn't kidnap me Hera wouldn't be here. Alessandro would still be there. I'm seeing the positive side of the bad things.

"We are here." Andrea's voice pulled me out of my thoughts. I looked through the window, we went through some gates, the gardens around the house were beautiful.

"Where are we?" I asked.

"You can explore with Niccolo after, but we are already late." He said. The driver parked close to the big front door and Andrea got out, he ran to my side and helped me out. The door opened and mama showed up.

"Finally, you are late." She said.

"Sorry, my fault." I said.

We walked inside and my jaw practically hit the floor, the house was beautiful with a modern farmhouse design. It felt peaceful and homey.

I want a house like this.

"You look beautiful." Someone said, I was so distracted looking at everything in the house, that I didn't notice the people around me.
