First Date Jitters

Honey's Point of View!

I had just finished getting dressed for the date when my phone buzzed. I looked at it seeing an Unknown number. The message read " I've decided to have a driver pick you up. If you are ready he is waiting outside for you. No rush he can wait, I know it is early " I had assumed that was Dominick. I was dressed and ready so I headed out after kissing my grandparents. As I walked to the car Dominick's driver opened the door to let me in. It was an all-black BMW. As I entered inside I smiled seeing Dominick.

" First of all you look lovely but I didn't expect you to be ready so quickly " Dominick smiled.

" Thank you so do you. I'm pretty punctual. And I had made breakfast for my grandparents this morning so I made sure to be ready just in case " I smiled.

" Did you get much sleep?" Dominick asked?

" A little. Where are we going today " I asked?

" I have planned an entire day. it's going to be refreshing. And I think it's the perfect start to the rest of the summer together " Dominick said smiling.

" So where are we headed first, " I asked?

" The aquarium " Dominick smiled.

" I've never been to an aquarium," I said excitedly. My face lit up with cheer.

" Well I'm glad you get to experience it with me," Dominick said smiling.

As we drove to the aquarium I was super excited. We were going on a date to a place I'd never been. The date was already going amazing. When we pulled up I looked out the window and there were no cars. My curiosity got the best of me. I decided not to ask. As we got out of the car and walked into the aquarium the host greeted us and then we started our walk around. I was so excited.

"Do your bodyguards have to be watching us? We are the only ones here " I said looking around and seeing them watching us instead of taking the scenery.

" They are around for our safety not to be nosey I promise," Dominick said. I just nodded and kept walking. The aquarium was lovely and I was truly enjoying myself. As we finished up in the aquarium I was excited to go to the gift shop.

" Can we go to the gift shop, " I asked?

" Of course " Dominick smiled. As we walked into the gift shop I picked up two stuffed animals and a keychain. As we walked to the register I went into my purse pulling out my card.

" Mi Bella what are you going, " Dominck asked upset.

" I'm paying for my things," I said completely confused.

" No, you are not. You are to never go in your wallet while I am around. Put it on my tab " Dominick said as the lady put my things in a bag. I didn't talk anymore.

As we headed to the next location Dominick had stopped to get us a sandwich from a nearby sandwich shop. We ate in the car. I smiled as I watched him eat. He was even cute while eating. I chuckled to myself.

" Care to share your thoughts," Dominick said finishing up his sandwich.

" Never would take you for the type to eat a regular sandwich " I chuckled.
