"im so happy i got the day off" hailee says as she turns to look at you doing your makeup. "and even happier i get to spend it with youuuuu" she says as she unexpectedly picks you up and spins you around.
you squeal into her neck. she puts you down and wraps your arms around her neck and settles hers around your waist.
"have i ever told you how in love with you i am?" she says her voice almost whisper.
the heat shoots up to your cheeks and you blush immensely, your face hiding in the crook of her neck.
"aw did i make my lil y/n/n blush" she says in a baby voice making you blush even more. "cmonnn did i did i?"
"stoppp it babe" you whine causing a small giggle to escape her lips.
after a few seconds you look up. "how can i not blush when i have the prettiest girl in my arms and can actually proudly call her mine? huh?"
Now shes the one blushing u take her by surprise and kiss her. No tongue is involved obviously...both of u just showing your love for each other. You pull away from the kiss.
"lets get going" you say which leaves a small pout on hailee's lips but you quickly kiss it away.
*TIME SKIP*
Hailee parks the car Infront of the restraunt and helps you out. She wraps her arms around ur waist as you both walk in and find a seat.
"see anything you would like ?" hailee says as u look up from the menu.
You're eyes shoot to those luscious lips of hers
"oh yes " you say as u bite ur bottom lip slightly.
A smirk forms on her face.
"well are you gonna do something about it?" she says with a giggle.
"i just might" you say leaning closer to kiss her but then ur interrupted from your lovely moment...
"hey can I take your order?" the waiter greats us with a warm smile hailee goes back to her sitting position clearly embarrassed for getting caught.
"um yea I'll have the salad" she says giving him a warm smile.
"anything for the for the most beautiful girl ive ever seen" he says stepping closer to hailee and you choke on ur water. Which causes him to look back at u awkwardly.
"oh um and for u?" he says
"uh, i'll have what shes having" you say not looking at him once.
"got it! Hey don't miss me too much" he says to hailee ,winks and then walks away.
You scoff "dont miss me too much" you mock him
Hailee laughs that fills ur heart with butterflies. She stands up from her spot and comes to sit beside you.
"so where were we my pretty girl?" she says making a smile spread across your face at the name she calls you.
She leans in closer cupping your cheek in her hand while her soft glossy lips meet yours.

after you two are finished eating the waiter comes back with your cheque. Handing it to hailee but you grab it before she does.
"y/n you are NOT paying for this meal all alone lemme chip in" she says with a pout.
You giggle "too late babe" the waiter's eyes widen in shock not being able to process that you two are a thing.
you open the cheque holder and what you see inside makes u boil but you don't show it. You pay the waiter with the amount of money.
As he's about to walk away you stop him.
" don't ever think about flirting with my girl again" you say handing him the piece of paper with his number that he slipped in with the cheque. "and I really don't think I'll be needing this"
You walk back to hailee whos laughing hysterically. You roll your eyes.
"whats so funny miss steinfeld" you wrap ur arms around her neck
She bites her lip pulling you in by surprise. "just kiss me" she says
Before you can tease her more her lips crash onto yours and you're hands shoot up to her hair. Both of you smile uncontrollably when you feel the waiter watching you're every move. After pulling away she says
"you're kinda cute when you're jealous"
"hey, who said I was jealous" you say crossing your arms across your chest.
She grabs her purse gives u a peck on the cheek
"race you to the car!" she says getting a head start
"hey that's not fair" you say running right behind her.
Once you've caught up enough you pull her wrist making her stop. And then you run ahad of her
" oh y/n you don't know who you're messing with she says before running up to you grabbing yu by the waist.
"hey I was almost there!" you pout
"i don't care" she says. as she kisses u.
' I love you steinfeld" you say looking into her eyes
" I love you more y/l/n". She takes a moment to admire you're beauty. "only you" she says before diving back in to kiss you
