Cow side turned mooshroom after living and eating mushrooms in nether for years

In this au, endenarians gain enderpearls around age 10
While strolling about the nether fortress, a young Manic, age 4 nearing 5, encountered 2 humans. These humans were curious about the small hybrid. The 2 decided to carry it back to their "lab" for... examination.
Manic and Karma were introduced here. Karma grew attached to Manic and the scientists had to use Manic to calm Karma while enraged.
After several years of living within the lab, Manic had been turned partial albino due to blaze related experimentation.

After Karma saw Manic in this state, he got enraged once again, however this time he was old enough to gain usage of their enderpearls. He enderpearls out of containment and to Manic. He manages to kill the 6 scientists working at the "lab" and proceeds to grab onto a crying Manic. He teleports them both to safety, draining Karma of much of thier energy.
Manic takes care of Karma to the best of its ability until he is able to do so himself.
The two wander the nether for 2 years. Manic teaches Karma bits of the English known as well as piglin. More so piglin due to Manic knowing more of it.
Manic discovers the ability to teleport through dimensions rather than gaining enderpearls once coming of age.
The 2 began to explore the other dimensions but mostly stayed in the nether.
