"All Numberblocks, turn left." Fifty-five led the group.
Whooshes, engine revvs, and roaring rockets filled the silence. Still in formation, the migrating Numberblocks flew through stars and outer space, headed for a new home. Hours passed, but they slowly got nearer and nearer to the hospitable planet, nearly identical to the first."We are approaching. Follow me, everyblock! Begin landing!"
As the planet loomed ever closer, they all began to slow down. All the Tens landed safely on the grass, which was green at the base and yellow at the tips. Fifty-Five became his step-squad arrangement after landing as the sound of rockets and clicking helmets died out. He threw a bag into the air, and after he split into the original One to Ten, Ten caught the bag.Unzipping it, it revealed a Numberblob, Squarey, Oblongy, and a Magic Mirror. "Hi there! Like our new home?" She waved.
"Yeah!" Said the Numberblob in its squeaky voice as it hopped out and explored. "Boing, boing, boing.."
Squarey and Oblongy scattered to find their owners, panting and barking happily. As the other Tens and Numberblocks began adding up or subtracting, One felt speechless looking around. The grass was two colors, some trees were extra tall and some very small, and the lake on the horizon seemed to stretch for miles.
"Ah, here we are! Now, where's Squarey..?" Four walked around.
"We're so lucky we got here!" Seven exclaimed.
"So, One.." Two looked to One beside him. "What are we gonna name this place?"
"Uhm.. I don't know," She shrugged. "Numberland?"
Five giggled. "Well, that'll do, won't it?"
"Yep, it sure will!" Two smiled, looking around."Wow, look at this! Looks cool, doesn't it?" Six gestured to a patch of sunflower-looking plants, except the petals were all different colors for each flower. "I wonder what the other plants look li-"
"AHH!" Three screamed. Everyone turned heads towards her to see her close to a rather large and fluffy spider, though it looked much friendlier than normal ones. "Get- away- from- meeee!"
"It's okay, calm down, Three!" Five approached her and the spider, letting it roam on her gloved hand. "It's friendly, see?"
"Oh. Well.. I knew that!" Three crossed her arms. "I was just.. surprised."One laughed a bit at the sight, wondering what other strange things were on their new home. "Well, if you're done with that, take a rest and get ready to move your things into your homes. The What-Iffer should be here any minute now!"
The What-Iffer promptly appeared from the trees. "Hello! I've been waiting for you all to arrive. Got some extra work done here while waiting."
"Hi! Can you do it now?"
"Sure. Everyblock, move over, come close to the forest. I'll be placing all your houses right around.." He floated around, and stopped in the center of a large clearing not too far away. ".. here."
All the Numberblocks scurried over to near where the forest was, some of them bringing Numberblobs and pets.
"What if all the Numberblocks' homes were here?"
He shone brightly, and large, glowing, cube-like figures appeared everywhere. A wind blew from the center, scattering shining dust. The glowing figures disappeared to reveal every single one of the Numberblocks' homes, perfectly intact and arranged in a neat grid-like shape. The dust on the ground turned gray, became normal dust, and faded away. The Numberblocks were all shocked, and as they slowly began clapping, One went up to the What-Iffer with a big smile on her face. "Thank you! You can rest now."
"Anytime, One! Be sure to rest as well." The What-Iffer floated over to a small house of his own, not phased or weakened at all by the magical event that had just occured. One cleared her throat. "Okay, everyone! All your houses are ready! Move in your things and take a rest for now, 'cause we're going to do lots of things tomorrow!"The Numberblocks cheered, and as everyone went back to their homes and started talking, One watched them all, feeling grateful for everything having gone as planned. It was then she knew that it wouldn't be as bad as she thought it would.

As a the days passed, things slowly went back to as they were on the first planet—everyone had settled down. Two was dancing, Three was juggling, Four was taking care of Squarey, Five was singing and playing her guitar, Six was playing games, Seven was back to making rainbows, Octoblock was training to become the hero of Numberland, Nine was.. well, sneezing, and Ten was rocketing in the sky.
Clubs and club picnics were also back in action, each with a few meetings a week. One was still tired by the end of them, though. As a square, cube, step-squad, prime, and odd number, she had quite a lot of meetings to attend!
Feeling quite tired, One yawned but maintained her enthusiastic expression, exiting the Odd Blocks club building. That day, she had all six club meetings, since it was the first meeting of each (on their new home, at least). "Bye everyone! See you on Thursday!"
"Bye, One! Thanks for coming!" Five held the door open for her.
Seven waved, "Yep. It was lucky to have you over today, since you're so busy. Also, don't forget this," He handed her a piece of paper. "Three worked hard preparing for it. Bye!"One heard the door close behind her as all the Odd blocks left the building. The sky was a beautiful sunset pink, the streets were once more lively, and Numberland was back as it was before. Not much had changed, if One had to be honest. Many minutes passed as she strolled around, checking in on some Numberblocks and simply enjoying the moment.
Only then did One notice the paper in her hand, look at it, and read what it said.
'You are invited to watch...

everyone's safe arrival in this new land!See us at the circus triangle on Tuesday, 5:00 in the afternoon!'
"Oh, that's what Three's been so busy with!" One resumed walking.. and did a double-take. "Wait, 5:00..?" One gazed at the large clock tower to her left, reading the time for a moment. "Oh no! It's almost time for the show!" Holding the ticket in her hand, she ran in the direction of the event.
