Tanjiro Kamado and Ava Ashley were writing about their day in their journal

It was like a habit to them, no matter how tired they were, they would still write in it, and that also together

The redhead's gaze shifted between his journal and his sister who was sleeping peacefully on the futon, he couldn't help but be worried about her

It was eating him alive

"Tanjiro, I'm sure everything would be alright, don't worry" the brunette stated, with a closed eye smile on her face when she noticed the worry which was written on his face

Tanjiro snapped his attention towards the brunette as a smile formed on his own, the redhead he closed his diary and stood up on his place, Ava doing the same

The two teens were running down the mountain, dodging the traps successfully, they had gained way more strength than the beginning and they both have also gotten faster than before

Suddenly Ava stepped on a rope which caused her to gasp, as a set of knives came flying her way, but Tanjiro thankfully pulled her towards him before the knives could touch her

The brunette thanked the redhead, who was looking at the knives with wide eyes

They continued the journey, and unfortunately this time, Tanjiro stepped onto a trap, which was a hole, but Ava instantly grabbed his hand and pulled him up, when the two looked down they saw the sharp point of the knives were facing them
