What you'll need:
•white candle
•pen
•paper
Light the white candle and write down three things about your skin that you want to change. Say this chant six times:
«on this day my skin will change,
Brilliant, beautiful, skin I will gain,
In seven days my worries will disappear,
In seven days my skin will be clear»
Take the paper and place it somewhere safe, leave it there until the changes you have wanted you have come to pass.
Recite this simple chant every day while meditating on your new skin.
Only drink water and wash your face every morning & night.
