A Penny For your thoughts?

As Y/N was thinking all of this Nami walked up to her.
"Is there anything you need me to do for the patient Karin?" she asked.
"Yes Nami Karin would like a copy of her ultrasound, prescriptions of prenatal vitamins, and Iron since it it her first pregnancy. I would like to get some blood work done for her next appointment to check the vitamin levels." Y/N mentioned as she got her RX pad out and scribbled some stuff down.

Nami nodded as Y/N handed her the prescription papers. She took the papers that Y/N handed to her, and started walking off.

"Yes Dr. L/N is there anything else?" She asked.

Y/N placed her forefinger on her chin contemplating.

"No not at the moment!" She responded.

Nami hummed, and nodded as she continued walking rowards Karin's room to finish the tasks
that Y/N had asked her to do.

Y/N turned on her heels, walked into her office, and sat in front of her computer. Looking through Karin's file she had jolted down some stuff to make sure she did not forget to add in to her notes.

A few moments had past by like seconds because
Y/N had heard Nami's gentle voice escorting Karin, and Suigetsu down the hall letting them know that they will need to schedule a 6 week check up.

"This new Dr. Y/N is decent I will schedule my next appointment with her!" Karin retorted loudly obviously not caring who heard.

"Definitely a fire ball!" Y/N thought with a small smile, shaking her head slightly, and continuing to type her notes.

The first part of the morning flew by as Shisui gave Y/N a few more of his patients since Izuna's had restricted to only see him. He had told her that she could take a few of his afternoons.

Y/N wanted to ask about meeting Sasuke since he had not shown his face yet. But she kept to herself knowing at some point he'll reveal himself.

As eager as she was about him, she remained as calm as can be. Thinking of all of this as she continues with her last patient of the morning lunch time will be coming up soon.

Shisui stood off at a distance enough not to make
Y/N feel uncomfortable. It was like he wasn't even there. Just incase if she did notice him he wanted to give the impression that he was there just incase she needed any help.

That was partially the reason, the other was study her moves. Shisui noticed how calm, and collected she was.

Y/N fits right in perfectly like she has been here for years, and on her first day. It doesn't really surprise him since she was able to take on Karin, and come out of there alive.

She gathered herself well professionally, nice to the patients even when they come off a bit stubborn, and a hard worker at bet.

Then why did something not sit right with him? There was something off that Shisui had noticed. He was thinking hard about this, and didn't realize how long he was standing, and staring.

"Think you've checked Miss Y/N long enough to make your eyes bleed there buddy!" Obito commented not caring how loud he was.

Patting Shisui's back kinda hard abruptly taking him out of his thoughts. Shisui jumped a bit shaking his head.

Obito snickered, and stood next to him with a stupid grin on his face.

Y/N turns around gently to see what the commotion was. While Shisui nudged Obito in the gut hushing him, and placed his finger on his own lips.

"Oof!" Obito led out as he held his stomach.

Y/N looked over at them again for the second time brows raised a bit. Shisui noticed, and waived with a nice casual closed eye smile.

Obito glared at Shisui, stood up straight, placed a fake smile on his face, and waived.

Y/N just sighed, shook her head slightly, and turned around to finish what she was doing.

After she turned Obito's smile faded, rubbed his stomach and sighed.

"She's doing quite well for her first day I see!"Obito remarked studying Shisui.

Shisui just nods paying no attention to Obito with his arms with his arms comfortably crossed still watching Y/N.

"So.. you wanna tell me why you watching her like some kind of lunatic psycho killer stalker boy?" Obito asked with a sly smirk.

"I'm not stalking her!!" He whispered loudly taking it as offense.

"Shhh!" Obito motions placing his finger up to his own lips.

"Oh yea Mr. Genius I'm not stalking her!" Obito whispers annoyingly rolling his eyes, turning, and standing in front of Shisui.

"You have been watching, and following Y/N around all day... Oh yea!... definitely not stalking her!" He whispers sarcastically low only Shisui could hear.

"I did have patients to ya know?" Shisui said slightly shaking his head.

"It's not that I've been watching her allll- day!" He whispers with a slight smirk trying not to laugh at Obito's antics.

"Plus just making sure she's ok, and not needing any help. It is her first day after all!" Shisui mentions trying to hide that intent look in his eye.

Obito noticed it right away he's seen this look before, and it wasn't what he first thought.

Obito was a bit concerned at first considering Shisui gets hooked onto girls rather quickly. He honestly thought it was another one of things where Shisui all of a sudden has a stupid crush on a girl he first meets. But this look did not bring that kind of vibe.

"What is it?" Obito asks lowly as he furrows his brows looking at Shisui.
