The next morning I woke up at 5:30. I'm not sure how i adjusted to the time difference so well but I made it work.
I looked at my ribs and noticed they started healing quite nicely. they should be good within the next few days.
Once I finally got out of bed after looking at the wall for 10 minutes I decided to go on a jog around the perimeter of the house.
after about an hour and a half, I decided to go eat, shower and get ready for the day.

once I finished with my jog I decided to go and have breakfast.

after eating my small breakfast i take a quick shower and decide to get ready
