23 - not so secret

hello ;) here I am with another one shot ! I absolutely loved writing this one and it is a college au

Jisoo and Seokmin were sitting beside each other in the library, just enjoying their time alone before chaos. The older one was studying for his upcoming exam while his boyfriend was happily watching him. Jisoo's hair was starting to get long and while Seokmin gently brushed off a piece of hair he wondered if he should buy some hair clips. Some of their friends were supposed to join them anytime now. Feeling like doing so, Seokmin turned his boyfriend's face to him and pecked his lips.

"Minnie, be careful !"

"They are not here yet, don't worry."

Seokmin then let his hand rest on his boyfriend's face and watched him slowly leaning into his touch.

"Oh ! Are we interrupting something ?"

Seokmin's hand immediately left Jisoo's face and Jisoo turned back to his book, face flushed red. In front of them were Soonyoung, Wonwoo, Chan and Jeonghan.

"Hyung just had something on his cheek. You're not interrupting anything."

"We thought..."

"Nothing to think about."

"Jisoo do you have your history notes ?"

"In my bag Han."

"Thank you."

Jeonghan sat down on the chair at the other side of Jisoo and took his bag to look for his history notes. He couldn't help but notice the blush on his best friend's face and Seokmin's hand drawing patterns on his arms. He then saw Seokmin taking Jisoo's hand under the table, in a way he knew gave his best friend confort. Interesting.

The group of six studied for at least an hour when Chan proposed to go get lunch. They all agreed to it and decided to join the rest of their friends at the cafeteria after tidying up their things. Their seven other friends were waiting for them with food piling up on the table. Jeonghan noticed that Jisoo and Seokmin were still holding hands, a knowing smile took place on his lips. Very interesting.

"Did you guys not take water ? Or anything to drink ?"

"We were too focused on food."

"Shua hyung, let's go get something to drink."

Seokmin's hand that was holding Jisoo's hand moved to his waist and guided him through the crowd.

"What do you want to drink ?"

"We should take some water and cola."

"Yeah. Do you want a coffee ?"

"Later but thank you Minnie."

"We could go to the coffee shop after class. What do you think ?"

"That would be great."

"My classes finish earlier than yours, I'll come pick you up."

"Okay but we have to be careful, Seungcheol is in my last class."

"No worries, I'll be super discreet, he won't even notice me."

"Yeah. I know you will."

"I wish I could kiss you right now."

"You could."

Seokmin just watched as his boyfriend left his side to go get what they will bring to the table. It was their decision to keep their relationship a secret for now. They used to not get along so well. At the beginning of the school year, they argued over every little thing and every time they met one of them would end up upset. It was fine at first until Jisoo got really mad once and refused to talk to Seokmin or even see him for two weeks. It was at that moment that they realized bickering and arguing was their way to hide the crush they had on each other. So once they talked this argument out, they went on a series of dates to know if they truly liked each other. And here they are three months later, in a happy and healthy relationship. They wanted to tell their friends but they actually liked this secret relationship thing. Until now.
