Your pov-
I woke up and did my morning routine then i get called downstairs

Mom- Y/NN

Y/n- coming

I ran downstairs and see my mom with the least in her hand

Mom- take the dog out on a walk

Y/n- ok i say grabbing the leash out of her hand

I go outside and get my dog his name is rocky and hes a blue heeler mixed with a red heeler

Y/n- come here

He runs over too me and tries licking me but i dont let him, i put the leash on him and we walk out of the house, we were new too this neighborhood so this was a good start to get to know the neighborhood so we start walking around and we found a park so i go over there and let the dog off the leash (before ppl get mad hes trained so when you call him he goes too you right away and he doesnt bother other ppl that have dogs with them)

I sit down and kinda just watch the dog run around i look down at my phone rq and then look up and see a kid that looks about my age so around 15-16 years old and he had a dog with him he was lowkey fine asf too, he looks at me and smiles so i smile back and then i look back at my dog and see him coming back up too me and sitting right next to me

?- hey, you new around here?

Y/n- hi, yea

?- oh well my names jaden he says while putting his hand out for me too shake it so i did

Y/n- y/n

We talk for a little while we watch our dogs play around together and then i get a text saying i had to go home

Y/n- i gotta go home i say standing up getting the dog and putting his least back on

Jaden- ok, hey uh do you think we can maybe hang out sometime

I just look up and smile

Y/n- yea fs

Jaden- and before you leave can i get your number

Y/n- yea let me see your phone

He opens his phone and goes into his contacts and hands me his phone

I put my number in and put my name as just straight up
"Y/n"

Jaden- thanks

Y/n- np i say before saying bye and leaving then i got home

Mom- you were out longer then i expected

Y/n- uh yea i met someone tho

Mom- thats good, whats there name?

Y/n- jaden

Mom- boy or girl?

Y/n- uhhh boy

Mom- mmk well atleast you have a new freind now go to bed

Y/n- ok mom goodnight love you

Mom- goodnight love you too

I walk upstairs go to my room and do my night routine then fall asleep
