𝐬𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐨𝐧 1 𝐞𝐩𝐢𝐬𝐨𝐝𝐞 7

"Emily?" The girls screamed running trough the school halls

"Um, why don't we spilt up?" Spencer asked. "Um, why don't we not" Hannah asked. "Han, come with me. Bella and Spencer you two will go together" Aria said. "We'll split up together" Hannah said

"Who are you calling?" Hannah asked because Aria put her phone out. "I'm trying her until she picks up" Aria said. But when she called her, they heard a phone rang

They walked to it and saw Emily's phone laying on the floor

Hannah picked it up. "Emily?" Spencer asked, but no one answered

They went to the lab room and saw that everything was messed up. "Is that blood?" Hannah asked, pointing at a red stain on the floor

"Han, don't go there" Spencer said. "Why not? She was up here with Toby" Aria said

Emily, Aria, Spencer and Bella sat in Emily's bedroom. She had a plaster, but she's fine

"It was all in his shrink's file. Toby and Jenna had a relationship" Aria said. "Way beyond step siblings" Spencer said. Bella was quiet because she still couldn't believe that Toby would do such a thing. "Yeah. They were involved" Aria said

"Romantic?" Emily asked. "I doubt I'd call it romantic. I doubt she had much of choice" Spencer said

"Or he" Bella said

"Why do you protect him?" Spencer asked. "I don't. I'm just saying that it's not always his fault" Bella said

"It's what Alison saw when she threw the stink bomb" Aria said. "She threatened to expose Toby, which is probably why he wanted her dead" Spencer said. "Yeah, and not just her. Us. And you" Aria said

Emily looked at Bella. Bella and Emily were the only ones who know the real Toby and not the one Spencer and Aria are talking about. That's why Bella and Emily find it so hard to believe that Toby has anything to do with Alison's dead

"You don't believe us?" Spencer asked. "I do, I-.. I just don't get it" Emily said "If Toby killed Alison and wanted to do the same to her then why is she sitting in her bed and not in a body bag?" Bella asked

Aria and Spencer looked pensive. Bella is somehow right

"I told the police that when I went out for air I tripped" Emily said. "Well, why didn't you just tell them he attacked you?" Aria asked

"I didn't wanna say anything until I talked to you guys first" Emily said. "Well, the truth is in the file" Spencer said and Emily sighed

"You can tell them everything" Spencer said. "She can't tell them everything" Bella said. "You have to leave out the file" Aria said. "Fine. Leave out the file" Spencer said, and took a sip of her coffee

"Who knew rosewood had this many cops?" Hannah said, as she walked into the room. "Hey. Where have you been?" Bella asked her. "I went to put this back and they were at the office, talking to Toby's shrink. They knew this was stolen" Hannah replied. "Can see this?" Emily asked and Hannah gave her the file

"If anyone saw me go in that building last night, I am so hosed" Hannah told them

Suddenly, Arias phone rang. "Is that from?-". "No. My mom" Aria interrupted Spencer

"Ask your father if he plans to take the car in this week" Aria read out loud

"My parents have gone from not talking to texting. This sucks. I'd better go home" Aria said and stood up. "Yeah, I should probably go too. Trevor is waiting" Spencer said. "Yeah, I will go to I have to do homework" Bella said and grabbed her keys, that were laying on Emilys desk

"Uh, no, I just got here. Hey what do I do with that?" Hannah asked, when the other three went down

"Just shove it in your locker tomorrow, we'll figure it out later. Bye" Aria said and left. "Feel better, Em" Spencer said and left too. "See you tomorrow" Bella said and also left

"I'm so tired" Spencer said when she and Bella went together because they have to go the same way. "Yeah, me too" Bella said

"Hey um.. Can I ask you something?" Spencer asked. "Of course" Bella answered. "Is there something going on between you and my brother?" Spencer asked

"No. Totally no. We're just talking sometimes" Bella said. "I just wanted to tell you that I wouldn't be mad if you would date him" Spencer said and smiled at her. Bella smiled too

"Okay I see you tomorrow" Bella said and went into her house

"Dad?" she yelled, no answer. She sighed and walked upstairs. She sat down on her bed as a tear rolled down her cheek

Bella thinks every day of her mother's death. She was there. Bella, her mom and dad sat together in the car. Bella's mom was drunk and Bella was five so she couldn't tell her mom not to drive. Suddenly, her mom lost control of the car and drove into another car. She died, but Bella survived. Her dad also survived and the police still don't know the truth. Bellas dad told the police that her mom had threatened him, she would kill him if he stopped her from driving drunk. Oh and not to forget Bella's dad wanted to get in the car, for whatever reason. Her dad also told the police that her mom was crazy and psychopath. Only Bella knows the truth and she told nobody. Not her friends and not the police

She quickly wiped her tears away and laid down in her bed

Bella was in school and put some books into her locker. "Hi Bella" she turned around and saw Mona Vanderwall. "Mona. Hey" she said, surprised that Mona is talking to her

"Have you seen Hannah?" Bella shook her head. "No, I'm sorry" she replied. Mona sighed. "Okay, thank you" she walked away. "Uhm, sure?" Bella whispered

Bella saw Trevor walking trough the school halls. She felt guilty for walking away all the time, so she walked over to him. "Hi" she greeted him. "Oh hey" he said and smiled at her

"I'm so sorry for walking away" she apologized. He chuckled. "Don't apologize. Like I said it's fine. I swear. So don't worry" he said

She smiled. "What do you have next?" she asked him. "Biology" he replied and sighed. "Poor you" she said and giggled

They talked for 20 minutes about school and other things. "I need to go now. need to pick up my sister Melissa" he said. "Okay. I'll see you tomorrow" she said and he smiled and walked out of the school

Bellas phone rang and she looked at it

Emily: Come over

She put her phone away and walked over to Emily's house. Hannah, Emily and Spencer sat on her bed. Emily explained that she saw Jenna crying, Toby's broken bike and many police officers in front of her and Toby's house

"So is Toby dead?" Hannah asked. "I couldn't bring myself to ask. Jenna was so upset. But his bike.. It looked like it was- Like it was wrecked" Emily replied. "Well, I'm not gonna cry over this. And neither should you two" Spencer said, meaning Emily and Bella. "Spencer, if they liked him, they can cry about it" Hannah said

"We'll, I'm sorry for speaking" Spencer answered. The girls stayed quiet for a minute until Spencer spoke. "Look, she's right. I-.. I can't tell you what to feel"

"I'm sorry for what I said about your family yesterday. I didn't mean it" Hannah said, looking at Spencer

"It's true," Spencer said. "You're not the first person to think it"

Then Emily's phone rang. "It's probably Aria. Something weird's going down at her house" Hannah said. But Spencer took Emily's phone. "What is it?" Bella asked

"Thanks for getting Toby out of my way. -A" Spencer read out loud
