Y/n pov

As it turns out, sasha, rick, and tyreese are here too. Rick is making a plan "we break in through the basement, break the lock, slit his throat, get beth back. We want this to be quiet" he continues, "then we spread apart with knives. We need to be fast." He assigned us people to kill and we started to go back to Grady.

Beth pov

I'm mopping up a mess as dawn and o'Donnell are arguing. I'm not even listening to the conversation, I'm too worried about y/n and noah. I start listening after "we need to find noah and y/n." Odonnell says "that's some active police work right there." Dawn replies sarcastically. I really hate this girl.

"Was there anything else?" Dawn asked. "Yes. The patient in room two was half dead when we brought her in. She not looking good. We cant use all of our resources" he says. I turn around "how much energy does your dvd player take?" I ask. "Excuse me" o'Donnell questions. "We have very limited resources here." I say as I'm slowly getting closer. "You charge it everyday. That woman has been here a day." Dawn tries interrupting me but I continue "what good is this place if you dont even save people?" I ask.

"Turn off the machines" says dawn. "We will take her off of Edward's list. Shes right, we aren't gonna waste resources on her" dawn says to o'Donnell. That's not what I meant. I meant tell your dvd player to suck it. Odonnel leaves and dawn looks at me "you just killed that woman" she says. How did I kill her? Its Odonnel that wont give up his precious dvd player! "Tell him you changed your mind!" I yell. "Theres nothing I can do. Orders are orders" she says. I wanna slap her. "You have to do it. You're gonna save her" she says to me. What? She gives me a key to the drug locker. "Take it. Do what you need to do" she says

Her walkie talkie goes off about a car in the perimeter. She tells them to grab someone and chase it. "I thought you were weak. You proved me wrong." She says and walks away. I knock on Edward's door and wait for him. "Beth" he says. I walk in "what medicine did you give the woman in room 2?" I ask. He wont tell me. How hard is it to name a medicine for this girl? I leave and walk down the hallway.

Y/n pov

We shot a gun off to get his men to come after us. The car hits noah and they all get out. They say variations of "drop it noah" and "give up noah". They put him against the car and we all come out and aim our weapons at themm "what do you want" they ask us. "You do what we ask and we wont hurt you" rick says. He gives them more directions and start to bring them to a building.

Then a blue car comes screeching by and shooting at us. Sasha shoots there tire and we run after it. When we find the car, there is arms and guts in it. We round up all of the officers and bring them to a building. Me and noah go off by the window to keep watch over the building. "How did you deal with these people for a year?" I ask him. "I dont know. But I'm sure happy it's not any longer." He says.  I put my head on his shoulder and look up to the sky. "This would've been a lot more romantic if we werent being chased by cops" and we started laughing.

Beth's pov

I go to Carol's room to give her another iv bag. I hope she wakes up soon. I want to talk to someone from our group. "Carol" I say and grab her hand. She dosent react to that but it was still a go.
