Just some Ponk headcanons I have :]

Ponk is a Magma hybrid

Ponk likes lemons so much because Magma hybrids have a bit of a sweet tooth for citrusy things, although he's not sure why

Hannah is the only child of Sam's that Ponk will put up with, he likes the other kids but she's his favorite.

Ponk absolutely hates how he looks, that's why he wears the mask

Ponk is stuck reliving the memory of Sam torturing him over and over (he can't think of anything else)
