Takemichi is now sitting down on the ground looking at the bike Mikey and Draken gave him and a uniform given to him. He got flashbacks from back then, remembering the day Mikey taught him how to ride it. 

What Mitsuya said still echo's on his mind ('think it's for the best if you decide the team's name') 

"Alright....I've decided the names going to Ouroboros" 

Now you might be wondering why 'ouroboros' that's because it means it symbolizes and expresses the unity of all things, destruction and regeneration, death and rebirth. It's a perfect name for them don't you think? As uniting his friends to help him defeat and save Mikey and the others it also means that destroying Kanto Manji Gang

"Looks like I'm going to need to make some phone calls" Takemichi stood up and he sat down on the bike he puts the uniform on his lap. He took out his phone and dialed his number luckily the person on the other side of the phone immediately picked up 

"Hey! Michi! Long time no talk eh~" the person said playfully 

"Indeed it has" Takemichi chuckled at his friend's antics

"So what's the problem?" His voice turned into a serious tone 

'I forgot the fact he can change moods in just a split second' Takemichi thought 

"I need your help. I need you to do me a big favor and help me"

"How could I say no to you hm? You helped us, gave us a home, helped us survive and besides your our best friend how could we say no to you?" 

"Thank you so much Ryūjin-kun!" Takemichi smiled brightly and is very excited to see them both again it's been so long since they last saw each other 

"It's no problem at all. Now then tell me what I need to do" 

"We're trying to defeat Kanto Manj Gang and bring back Mikey-kun, I also need you to bring people who can fight can you do that?" 

".....did you say Kanto Manji Gang? Holy shit! We're on our way to Shibuya to meet you right now! Rai! Hey wake up! Pack your shit were going back to Shibuya! Michi! I'm taking this opportunity to fight the Haitani Brothers and yea I'll bring thousands of men for you!" 

"Do you know them?..." 

"Huh? Oh you mean the Haitani Brothers oh no we don't know them personally but I've heard that they're good fighters, the rulers of Roppongi so we wanted to fight them for a long time now" 

"Ah...tell me when you arrived at Musashi Shrine that's the place where the meeting is going to held" 

"Ok ok cool. So what's the name of the group?" 

"Ouroboros" 

"Great choice Michi-chan" 

"Bye now I have to make another phone call" 

"Alright byee~~" 

After that Takemichi ended the call. But before he made the next call he wanted to pay Mitsuya a  visit and tell him about the gang's name and the design of their uniform

"Have you decided on the name?" Mitsuya said as he placed down a glass of juice 

"Yea I have. And our gang is going to be called "Ouroboros" 

"Hmmm ok, it's a snake/serpent or a dragon eating it's tail right? Is that's the kind of symbol you want?" 

"Yes" 

"Alright you actually picked a nice name and logo for us and now for the design for the uniforms"

After the meeting with Mitsuya he decided to visit Draken's grave "Hey there Draken-kun.....hope your doing well up there with Emma-chan.....I'll try my best to bring back Mikey-kun.....even if it might get me killed...." 

"Oh?" Takemichi flinched at the sudden voice behind him he went defensive mode and stood up to face the person behind him tho what he didn't expect it to be 'him' 

"Wh-what?! Ho-how? I thought you died?!" Takemichi pointed at the man with a pair of hanafuda earrings 

"Tch, keep it down will ya? Your too damn loud" Izana sat down on the ground, takemichi didn't realize that Draken's grave was right next to Shinichiro Sano's grave. Takemichi then sat down beside him 

"I've heard your trying to bring back Mikey?"

"Hm yea....." 

"You realize that you don't have a chance against him right?" 

"I know thats.....I'm not as strong as he is...." 

"If you knew then why? If you know you'll be defeated why?" 

"Because he's my friend and i'll save him"

They sat down in silence for a while before Takemichi decided to speak "Kurokawa-san......would you like to join Ouroboros?" Izana didn't think Takemichi would actually recruit him he didn't know what to say for a while but he gave him an answer "on one condition" 

"Hm? What is it?" 

"I'll be Vice President" 

".....alright"

After the chance encounter with Izana he goes home and makes another call and the person on the other side of the phone picked up immediately 

"Yes my Queen? Do you need me to do something?" 

"Hayato.... Why do you always assume that I need you to do something hm?" Takemichi said teasingly, yes he did need Rei to do something for him but it's been a while and he couldn't help but tease him 

"Ah so I don't have to kill someone tonight?" Takemichi always forgot that Rei would kill absolutely anyone without hesitation with Takemichi's permission of course 

"No- *sigh* seriously you gotta calm down whenever I call you know. Well I do need you to come to Shibuya at Musashi Shrine 

"Alright I'm on my way bye see you Hanagaki" 

"How many times do I have to tell you call me Takemichi" 

"Ah yes of course sorry I must've forgotten...." 

"It's alright Hayato don't worry bout it!" 

"Bye now my Queen! Please do take care of yourself!" 

"Alright bye Rei..."

Facts 

-Rei's real name was Kuzunoha Hayato. I was supposed to reveal this on my other book it's either the New Era or Home 

-Raijin learns about human anatomy to know where it hurts :D 

-Ryūjin thought Raijin was learning human anatomy to become a doctor on the day Raijin bought home a book about it which made Ryūjin almost died of laughter 

-The Ichikawa brothers, Hayato/Rei, and Takemichi are childhood friends
