Akane's POV I'm on my way to enter the school gate, but then I saw a lady on the other side of the road selling flowers. Y/N's favorites were there, so I decided to walk towards it.
I heard a loud beeping coming towards me, I felt pain when it crashed into me. When my body hits the ground, I feel the pain all over me. My vision starts to blur and some red liquid began to seep from me. I placed my hand on it and realized what it was.

I can't go, not like this!
The school, the president, the position in the seven mysteries, it'll be vacant. My classmates, my friends,

Y/N's POV
I wondered where Akane is, I've been roaming around the whole school. There's still no sign of him and I heard that he's absent in his class. That barely happens. Panic entered my body.
He's never like this, maybe it's nothing. The day went by, another day of school. Still no Akane. I see a group of students whispering and decided to listen in.
"Hey, have you heard?"
"What?"
"The vice president got hit by a truck and died yesterday."
"Are you sure?!"
"Yes! Why do you think he's not here?"
I immediately run away from the group
I felt weak, drained of energy.
I felt my heart break in ways I couldn't explain.
I can't bring myself to accept his death.
"YOU!"
I heard yelling, then turned around to see who it was.
"Aoi"
"You monster! He died because of you!"
Aoi pinned the blame on me right away. I see her pull out a seal, it seemed different from what I've seen before. The color of each wording, freshly painted in bright red. The paper longer to fit all of the writings.
"You don't deserve set foot in the living realm!"
She charged at me. I try to dodge her attacks. This went on for a while until I got distracted by President Minamoto with Hana-chan following behind.
With my guard down, Aoi saw it as an opportunity to try and stick the seal to me.
