*phone rings*
That's either my best friend or mother calling. Because who else calls at 8 in the morning on a SATURDAY!! I answered the phone not looking at who it was.
Naomi- What?!?!
Paige- Well excuse me! Someone woke up on the wrong side of the bed
Naomi- I wasn't even awoke to begin with until you called
Of course it was my best friend Paige who I've been best friends with for almost 10 years. With that being said she's basically family.
Paige- Get up! I'll be there in 10 min
Naomi- Ard well give me like 30 min
Paige- 20
Naomi- 25
Paige- Mmhmm
Naomi- come on you live like 2 houses from me. Soon as I'm ready pull up
Paige- Ard chump hurry up *hangs up*
I put my phone down and laid back down growling. I didn't know we were going shopping this early. Paige Is a early bird and I hate it! It's probably one of the biggest things I don't like about her.
I finally got up and took a quick shower. I then put on some sweat pants and a crop top with some sneakers. I threw my hair into a cute messy bun and grabbed my phone.
*Calling Paige*
Naomi- Aye I'm ready
Paige- I'm outside
Naomi- no you not
Paige- how you know
Naomi- because I don't-
I then hear a loud horn constantly blow from outside.
Naomi- STOP HOE
Paige- *laughs* believe me now
Naomi- I'm coming! You so embarrassing *hangs up*
I grabbed my stuff and headed out to the car. We of course got some food first at IHOP and sat there for a good 2 hours talking about the plans for tomorrow.
Tomorrow was Valentine's Day so we decided to make our own plans since we're both single.
Naomi- So we just gonna buy a bunch of food and watch movies?
Paige- yea ain't nothing else to do
Naomi- ugh what are we ugly
Paige- hey hey! Speak for yourself. I'm temporarily single
Naomi- oh really and when you plan on changing your status?
Paige- when I talk to my man
Naomi- *Laughs* Who? The guy from the gym
Paige- Stop acting like you don't know my husband
Naomi- girllll you been saying you're going to talk to him for about 6 month now
Paige- patience is key my friend
Naomi- I would like to see this
Paige- shut up! I'll do it Monday
Naomi- you won't
Paige- how much you want to bet?
Naomi- I got 20 you won't ask for his number
Paige- say no more kid
Naomi- *Laugh* Naww you gonna be the kid when you get to stuttering on your words trying to talk to him
