Back To School

~Ginny's POV~

The few days we did have together came and went before we knew it. We were leaving the Manor to head to platform nine and three quarters. "Thank you for having me Narcissa." I say hugging her. "Of course dear, we look forward to seeing you again this holiday." She says hugging me back. "Keep Draco straight at Hogwarts." She tells me. "I will try." I respond giving her a smile. I see Ron and Harry which means my mom would be coming to find me very shortly. "Ginny." My mom calls. "Hello mom how are you?" I ask her. "I'm fine dear. I've just missed my baby and now you're leaving again to go to school. Do you know if you're coming home for holidays?" She asks me. "I don't know but I will probably be home at some point during the break. Ms.Malfoy has invited me over for part of the break, but I will let you know what I decide closer to time." I tell her giving her a smile. "Ok dear. We better get you on the train." She tells me grabbing my trunk. "I've got that Ms.Weasley." Draco comes and grabs it from her." Hello Draco, How are you?" She asks. "I am doing very well, thank you for asking." He says. "I've got it from here mom." I tell her giving her one last hug. 

We get on the train and find an empty compartment. Draco put my trunk on the over carrier. He sits down next to me, placing his arm around me. "This is going to be a great year." He says giving me his award winning smile. 

~Draco POV~

We get on the train and I put Ginny's trunk on the rack on the other side of the seats. "This is going to be a great year." I tell her putting my arm around her. She gives me a soft smile, nuzzling her head into my chest. "Are you tired?" I ask her. She mumbles something that I couldn't quite hear, so I take it as a yes. She isn't the same girl I met on the train last year,  she has been through so much and her ora has changed. SHe is not the bright, fun loving girl that I once knew. Now she has a darker tone to her personality, but being controlled by Tom Riddle can really take a toll on someone's life. 

All of the sudden, the compartment starts to rattle and the lanterns begin flickering. The train lurches forward. I grab Ginny insuring she doesn't fall, but this causes her to wake up. "Are we there?" She asks. "Not quite. We just stopped for some reason." I tell her. She gives me a strange look. "It's okay darling, nothing will happen I am right here." I tell her. The temperature begin to drop and we both noticed. I could see the steam coming off her breath. I give her my jacket so she wouldn't get to cold. Suddenly the compartment door opens, and a dark figure comes into the room. Ginny lets out a scream as a slimy, scabbed hand reaches toward her. I move toward her and the figure throws me to the window and I couldn't move. I can hear Ginny's screams, her eyes rolling to the back of her head, Her eyelids fluttering. All of a sudden there was a silvery white light that drifted out of her mouth, and then someone shouts a spell causing whatever it was to disappear and Ginny falls hard to the floor. I fall to the floor only worried about her. 

~Ron's POV~

"What's going on?" I ask. Steam starts flowing from my lips. "Maybe we've broke down." Harry says. "Ouch! Ron, that's my foot." Hermione says."There's something moving out there. I think.. people are coming aboard." I tell them. The car starts shaking violently. "Bloody hell! What is happening?" I ask. A soft crackling fills the car and flames bloom. We hear a scream, a scream I know all too well. I look over at Hermione. "That was Ginny I need to go, I need to make sure she is okay." I tell them. "Don't move." Professor Lupin says. A slimy, scabbed hand opens the compartment door, pushing it aside, revealing a cloaked figure and it's face hidden by it's black hood. Harry eyes being rolling to the back of his head, and a silvery white light escapes his mouth. Professor Lupin casts a spell causing whatever it was to retreat. Harry falls to the floor, his glasses falling to floor breaking. "Let's go find your sister." Professor Lupin says. I run looking for Ginny, I open compartments until I find the one with dark figure. Professor Lupin cast a spell and the dark figure retreats, Ginny falls to the floor. "Ginny are you okay?" I ask her. "Here eat this both of you." Professor Lupin says handing each of them what appears to be a piece of chocolate. I wrap Ginny in a hug. "I heard you scream, If there wasn't one of those things attacking Harry I would have been here sooner." I tell her. I pull Ginny into a hug, hugging her tight. "You have to be careful this year." I tell her. Draco stands to his feet wobbling around before gaining his footing walking over to us.
