He was the house keeper of the kamisato clan who had made a deal with beidou to help you thoma helped u get a card letting u go around inazuma for free after a few journeys and u then later met miss kamisato sister of the head of the clan kamisato Ayato and she somehow persuaded u to fight against the tenriyo commission(I forgot how to spell it btw) then u went and fought against the shogun helping thoma not lose his vision but then she ordered the territory commission to put a arrest warrant for u! You fight the raiden shogun 2 times making u want to die but that not important- anyways u find out the the fatui is behind this and u go to where u 99.99% know the fatuis are gonna be
