Karan Kundra : 2nd son of sp Kundra  very rich businessman ,  handsome hunk girls drool over him funny , very hardworking loving  kind hearted very emotional  president of kundra Empire,future ceo  loves rashami from the core of his heart  , he died in a car accident (will reveal later) have his own sister, and two step brother he tries his best to woo his brothers  best friend of Vishal Aditya Singh. His mindskill and hardwork took kundra Empire to another level

Rashami Desai : daughter of rasila Desai  she is sweet Chirpy and bubbly girl, she is middle-class girl searching for a job she is very clever yet soft hearted , she is loved by everyone anybody can fall for her easily  , loves karan from the core of her heart, loves her  mother brothers bhabhi and bhatija bhatiji .

Vishal Aditya Singh : second son of Aditya Singh new MD of kundra Empire , very smart and handsome , funny yet practical is very mysterious person , he used to live in los Angeles and don't have interest in the business but loves music but he have to come India and join his father's business , he is karans best friend and they have a family and business relations loves karan as his own brother and can do anything for him . Will fall for rashami .

Arhan kundra :3rd child from another wife of sp Kundra he is  step brother of Karan  , he is jealous of Karan but he never shows it on his face but always create trouble for Karan he always had an eyes on karans belonging and want to snatched his everything specially karans position from company and rashami, he likes rashami and wants her anyhow.

Pratik kundra : he is the youngest stepbrother of Karan , he also doesn't like karan that much because arhan has brainwashed him that karan doesn't like them he only shows it to the world that he likes them, he doesn't care for anybody he loves to stay in his world which is his phone he loves to do party and nightouts doesn't listen to karan (Amir gharo ka bigrel beta types ) but soon rashami made a special place in his heart like sister. Misses karan after his death

Shamita kundra singh : 1st child of sp Kundra she is sister of Karan married to raquesh Aditya Singh , she is the eldest siblings from kundras she is loved by everyone ( she is the chairman of kundra Empire but she doesn't like doing business so the business is totally run by Karan )  she also love her siblings equally but she always takes tention for karan as he never care for himself but for others he never thinks about his happiness when it comes to his siblings happiness though they don't like him , loves her husband and in laws very much , also love her devarji.devastated after karans death , loves rashami and still supports her

Raquesh Aditya Singh : eldest son of Aditya Singh and is also the vice President of kundra Empire and members of boards of directors, he is very supportive in nature very kind and true gentleman sees karan as his own brother also loves pratik and arhan.
Thinks rashami as his own sister as he don't have any sister.also saddened after karans death.

for the world he seems a perfect man with a perfect life with lots of money fame name family everything But as it say " nothing is as perfect as it seems "  only his close once knows how imperfect life he lives in his mother died when he was only 10 and his sister 15 his father did second marriage and sent him to hostel his step mother was not that bad  father died when he was about 20 he have to look after his business and he himself made his name with his lots of hardwork and took kundra Empire to top level .
He loves everyone and his siblings are his life , he always try to impress his step brother thinks that one day they will also love him.
His life was going smoothly when he bumped into rashami and falls in love with her everything was going smooth again life was happiest when they both were together but life takes a drastic change  for rashami when karan dies in a car accident

Her life was so beautiful and pretty good , she living a simple life with her mother and brother her bhabhi and nephew and niece everybody around her appreciate her perfect skills she is a complete women with beautiful face kind heart and sharp mind she is pure  hearted but is very practical her father died when she was very small so from small age only she have grown mature and stronger she thinks that she has her own control on her emotions but it fails when she meets karan and eventually falls for him her without knowing that he is the owner of kundra Empire
Later she got to know the truth after karans lot of effort she agrees to forgive him and they decided to start a new journey of love things were beautiful for her she is living a fairytales life but things takes a drastic change when karan dies in a accident in front of her eyes her whole world got upside down .
