⩩ 001 : make the text invisible first!! tap the plus thing in a square symbol (the second option) then add layers from canvas. the layer should be above the text!

⩩ 002 - 003 : add a layer above that then paint it all white. then set the blending mode to soft light and merge it down to the image (layer below it). this makes the image whiter so its optional. hope this was understandable. (note: the image you see there^ is from the first step.)

⩩ 004 : tap "clipping"

⩩ 004 : tap "clipping". again, the image/layer should be above the text!! then merge it down.

⩩ 005 : mostly, i add a layer above the layer before doing this but that's optional. go to filter > style > inner glow. mine is on "lower layer" since i'm using a (empty) layer above the text, if that made sense. you can do the usual / current layer!

⩩ 006 : then i added a layer below the text (optional). go to filter > style > glow outer. this step is optional but i usually fo this.

⩩ 000 : and this is the result! feel free to add filters
