Ibis Paint X- 7.8/10
It's good but can lag if you have too much layers on one artwork. A lot of things are only able to be used with premium but its like 10% or 5% premium. You can download a bunch of brushes and edit them. Stupid thing about it is you have to watch an ad just to unlock all the brushes and use them for free or you can buy the pack that has no ads.
MediBang Paint- 4/10
The reason I rate this so low is because how laggy it can get. Its mainly laggy with the rotation symmetry pen and correction being up up too high. It can even be laggy with just the correction being up to high. I dont know if it happens to anyone else, but when zooming in and out it lags pretty bad. It overall scares me.
Sketchbook- 3/10
I don't like it. The only reason why it is 3/10 is because the brushes. They look nice and cool. Its just laggy with most brushes tbh.
Paper Draw- 4/10
Its ok. Just not that many options. I still don't know how to get back to the brushes-
Infinite Painter- 5/10
I like it but it's not that good in my opinion. The brushes are categorized at least.
Pixel Studio- 7/10
Its really good if you want to do pixel art. :D
