A cosmic case of flying saucers, intergalactic intrigue and out-of-this-world romance launches Scooby-Doo and the Mystery Gang into their most unearthly adventure ever.
The mystery machine was driving through a desert at night. Jake and Scoob were up with Shaggy driving the mystery machine. Jake was in his yellow hoodie, black sweatpants, black shoes, bi beanie, he had grown to 17 since their encounter with the Loch Ness monster a few months ago. Shaggy and Scooby were in their classic getup. Shaggy had loud music on and scooby howling while Jake was on his phone.
"Hey guys," Velma yawned, rubbing her eyes. "Can you keep it down? We're trying to get some sleep back here."
Jake looked at her. "Try telling those 2 that." He pointed at shaggy and scooby.
"We were gonna wake you guys up anyway velma. Like there's a town up ahead and we need to stop for some chow." Shaggy explained.
"Ruh huh" scooby nodded in agreement.
"But we ate dinner just an hour ago." Fred yawned out.
"These 2 ate the snacks I had stored up and they're still hungry." Jake explained looking tired.
"Yea but like this driving is making me hungry and besides that's 14 hours in dog years."
"Reah." Scooby sucked in his gut and pretended he was hungry.
"Let's just hurry up. The faster we get there the faster we can get some sleep." Jake sighed.
"This dust storm is really picking up." Daphne spoke up.
"You think you can get us to town shag?" Fred asked him.
"Like of course." Shaggy replied.
Then the dust storm kicked up more to where shaggy couldn't see a thing. Shaggy took a right at a sign which the dust covered up saying no trespassing to the United states government.
Jake looked around. "I think you took a wrong turn." He said to shaggy.
"Reah wrong turn." Scooby agreed.
Suddenly they heard a weird noise and a weird light appeared around the van. The gang looked out to see a huge aircraft.
"Is that a-?" Jake started but the thing disappeared, blinding the gang. The van hit a cactus hard.
"Is everyone ok?" Fred asked. The gang said yes as they all got out and looked around.
"What was that thing?" Velma asked.
"Like I don't know, but it sure was big." Shaggy replied as the others got out.
"Was it some kind of jet?" Daphne asked.
"If that was a jet," Jake looked at her. "It had to come from cybertron. Because that thing was massive."
They suddenly heard something coming from the van. Fred opened it up to see smoke coming out of it.
"Bad news gang. The radiators finished." Fred sighed.
"What now?" Daphne asked.
"Hey," Velma pointed out to some lights in the distance. "That looks like a town a mile away."
"Like you want us to walk across the desert? At night?" Shaggy asked.
"Well I'm not gonna carry you." Fred commented.
"But there's snakes and stuff out there." Shaggy told them.
"Rea rattlesnakes." Scooby pretended to be a snake creeping Jake out.
"I gotta agree with them, the desert isn't safe at night with cold temperatures, snakes coming out for a snack, and other stuff." Jake agreed with shag and scoob.
"Hey I got an idea." Shaggy smiled. "Why don't Jake Scoob and I stay by the mystery machine to guard it?"
"Reah!"
"It would mean we can get some sleep before you guys come back with help." Jake told the others.
"Sounds like a plan." Fred nodded.
As Fred and the girls were leaving, Daphne called out. "We'll be back soon."
"And bring back some food too!" Shaggy called back.
Jake went to the back of the van and grabbed the air mattress.
"Like Jake, do you mind if we grab the snacks? We know where Velma hides them?" Shaggy asked.
"Sure but you 2 have to share with me." He replied smiling.
The 3 opened a compartment and shaggy pulled out a box of scooby snacks. Jake shag and scoob held out their hands but only one fell out.
"Only one left?" Jake looked disappointed. The 3 looked at each other and tried to one up each other for the snack.
"It's mine!"
"Ro rine!"
"Like it's mine!" The 3 argued till it fell on the ground.
Jake looked at the 2. "Let's just split it between us 3 deals?"
"Real! (Deal!)" The 2 agreed. Suddenly they saw a jackalope.
"It's a jackalope?!" Jake asked and he grabbed his camera and aimed to take a picture of it.
"Like I thought they were a myth." Shaggy commented as Jake took a picture of it with the flash accidently on. The jackalope got scared, grabbed the scooby snack and started to hop away.
"Hey like that's ours!" Shaggy called out as the 3 ran after it. They climbed over a fence and ran towards a cave where it went in.
"Shoot.." Jake panted. "We lost him."
Suddenly they saw a weird glow coming from the cave.
