{See You Again} Sophie + Keefe

A/N~ This is meant to take place after Unlocked. I could totally see Keefe and Sophie singing to each other for comfort. I thought it would be sweet if they were singing the same song, even if they were halfway across the world.

Quirkey: (To herself) How is this going to work if I don't even know where Keefe is?...Ah Ha! Grady gave him an imparter.

(Quirkey leaps to Havenfield. She walks into the house to find Grady sitting at the kitchen table.)

Quirkey: Sorry, but I need to borrow your special imparter.

(She pulls out a wand.)

Grady: What the—

Quirkey: Accio Imparter!

(The imparter flies into her hand.)

Grady: Wait, stop!

Quirkey: Sorry Grady. I need this more then you do at the moment...you wouldn't happen to know where Sophie is, would you?

Sophie: Who are you?

Quirkey: Ah, perfect.

(Quirkey grabs Sophie.)

Quirkey: Don't worry, Gravy. I'll keep the Moonlark safe.

(They leap back to the Legacy Cinema.)

Sophie: What's the Legacy Cinema?

Quirkey: It's the theatre I'm currently...borrowing.

Sophie: Uh huh...what are you going to do with me?

Quirkey: You'll see. Now—

Sophie: Wait, are we in the Forbidden Cities?

Quirkey: Yes, anyways—

Sophie: What state.

Quirkey: Forks, Washington.

Sophie: What—

Quirkey: Why don't you head inside. I need to make a phone call.

(Sophie goes inside. Quirkey calls Keefe on the imparter.)

Keefe: Grady?

Quirkey: Sorry to disappoint you, but it's not Grady. I need...a favor, you could say.

(Lights fade up to Keefe. Music starts.)

Keefe: It's been a long day without you, my friend
And I'll tell you all about it when I see you again

(Lights fade up to Sophie on the other side of the stage. There is a large wall in between the two.)

Sophie: Who was that?

Quirkey: It doesn't matter. Just the song the song.

Sophie: It sounded like—

Quirkey: Just sing the song!

Sophie: We've come a long as from where we began

Keefe: Oh, I'll tell you all about it when I see you again.

Sophie: When I see you again

(Keefe collapses, sobbing. Sophie cries silently to herself.)

Quirkey: (Sobbing) That was...beautiful. Whhhyyyyyyy, Shannon, whhyyyyy?
