Chapter 4

Y/n's pov:

I've been in bed for 5 hours now, totally quiet. I'm sure dolores is asleep now, but i still can't sleep

I guess there's alot of difference with america and encanto that I'm not used to it

I sighed and went to my work table working again, but this time being quiet to not disturb anyone

I looked at the trash can seeing it's full of blood tissues 'Jeez, how did i not die of blood loss yet?'

I looked at the papers i needed to sign, about 20 are left which made me sigh in relief

"Y/n, did you work all night?" I heard the door open i looked at it to see dad "No, i just woke up, don't worry dad" I said with a polite smile

'Liar'

"Okay, I'll cook breakfast. Come to the kitchen when you're hungry" Dad said and closed the door, i continued my work

'So many words, i can't even read anymore'

After half an hour i heard my stomach growl, half of the papers are done so i decided to eat

I went downstairs to see Mama, dad, and daniel eating. I greeted them and they greeted back

"How's work honey?" Mama asked "it's fine, only 10 more papers to sign" I said before eating a spoonful of rice

"That fast? Did you even sleep?" Mama asked concerned "i did, don't worry" I said

We continued eating before we went to do our own things dad went to hang out with his friends, mom went to explore the village, daniel played games in his room, while i worked

After half an hour I'm finally done! I sighed in satisfaction and layed on my bed, I'm so tired

I went to the bathroom and took a bath before changing my clothes and went outside

"Y/n!" I heard isabela shout before i got engufled in a back hug "Good morning isa, need anything?" I ask

"Nothing, just wanted to greet you on this fine day" Isabela said smiling brightly, i patted her head

"Okay, what do you want?" I asked, she laughed before replying "Well, i wanted to get an autograph and a photo. For memory you know?"

"Liar, you're just a big fan" I said laughing "alright, lets go do that with mirabel. I haven't given her an autograph yet" I said before getting dragged to the casita by Señorita perfecta isabela

"Alright, here we are. Go call mirabel, meet me in my room" She said and walked to her room while i went to the nursery

"Mira, let's go. I'll give you the autograph in isa's room" I said standing in the door way, she grabbed all the merch of me she has

"Ok, let's go" She said struggling to walk, i laughed before carrying some of it. Then we went to isa's room

"Finally, mirabel sit on the floor" Isabela said as we entered her room "What?!" Mirabel shouted while i laughed with isabela

We went to isabela's bed , i signed their merches while we talked with isabela and mirabel fighting from time to time while i laugh at them. After a while i started to feel dizzy "I need to go, mama might need me for chores" I said and went back home

I immediately went to my room and swallowed some pills for stress and insomnia

Dolores' pov:

As i heard y/n leave i went to isabela's room "Hey, when y/n was here did she look tired or didn't sleep?"i asked

I looked at the two sisters realizing they were pulling each other's wig- i mean hair

Isabela smirked pushing mirabel which resulted to mirabel falling on the bed "Why so concerned cousin?" Isabela asked

"I'm not concerned, she was literally working at 1 am" I said, isabela thought for a second

"Oh, she did look tired" Mirabel answered "her eyebags also darkened" Isabela added

I nodded and went to y/n's house greeting tia percy "hola tia" I greeted with a smile as she opened the door

"Oh dolores, come in come in" she said pulling in the house before closing the door

"Need anything?"

"No, just wanted to see the house"

"Oh, y/n could show you around"

I shook my head no "No need to call her tia, I'll go to her room" I said before going upstairs not listening to what tia said

I opened her door without hesitation seeing her like this

I covered my eyes groaning before hearing a laugh "You know if you wanted to see me like this you could've just asked" She said

I was still covering my eyes, i heard footsteps coming towards me before feeling a hand moving my hands away

I opened my eyes, seeing her face so close to mine "eek" I exclaimed backing away

I looked at her 'oh cool abs-' "Checking me out already, didn't know dolores madrigal was so perverted" She said shaking her head

I glared at her while she looked at me playfully "You still didn't button your shirt" I said crossing my arms

"It's hot dear, i don't want to sweat" She said sitting on her chair "did you sleep earlier?" I asked

"No, i can't sleep at all" She said going through her laptop "You should sleep" I suggested more like ordered

"Didn't you hear me hun? I can't sleep, even if I'm tired my body won't let me" She said not looking at me

I sighed sitting at her single bed "You should probably go back to the casita, abuela might need you" She said spinning her pen

"She isn't calling me it's fine" I said, an awkward silence followed after "Could you come here for a sec? I want to try something" I said, she looked at me surprised but followed

She sat down beside me a bit to the front, i dragged her to lay down with me. I hugged her so her head is on my chest

I put my hand above her head "Are you comfortable?" I asked, she nodded a bit awkward

I giggled, i brushed her hair with my hands until i hear light snores from her. I smiled "I love you n/n" I whispered and kissed her head and decided to sleep since i was also tired
