I waited for 5 minutes and he came with a heat pad

I am alone at home and as my parents have gone out and my brother has gone to meet his friends leaving me here (fake cry)
I video called my best friend

Yn: my standards (naught smile)
Best friend: Duhh who's isn't (rolls eyes)

Yn: Yours (evil grin)
Best friend: yahhhh why did u call to insult me (frustrated)
Yn: no i called you because i am bored and alone can u come here we can see a movie together

I went to change my pad and saw only one remaining i changed and typed a message to my brother
The message: Hey brooo can u buy me a pad box i don't have any pads left please
After i send the text i felt a sharp pain in my abdominal area
I put a heat pad over my stomach, put on Netflix and went to rest....
