Your P.O.V.

The next morning I woke up to find that the corporal had left. I felt a small pang of disappointment in my chest. 'Well what did I expect? That he would actually stay with me while I slept?' I sat there for a moment thinking about the events of the day before. Breaking my thoughts, I got up and prepared for the day ahead, a million thoughts and questions racing through my mind. After I was done I went in search of the corporal for my days work. I found him in his room with the door open. Doing what you might ask? Cleaning as usual. I knocked on the door frame, "Good morning Heichou. What do you have for me today?" He looked up from his sweeping and said, "I need you to go clean the dining hall it's filthy." I quickly saluted and said, "Yes sir." As I turned to leave however he said, "Call me Levi when we're alone." I have him a smile and said, "Okay Levi." And I could've sworn I saw him smile for just a second.

I had finally finished the cleaning and now the dining hall was spotless. When I went back to Levi's room though, I found him asleep on his bed. He was tossing and turning and had a troubled look on his face. 'Oh, he must be having a nightmare. Should I wake him up?" Just as I turned to leave though, he suddenly jolted upright, gasping for air. "Heichou!" I ran over to him and knelt down beside him, taking one of his hands in both of mine. "Levi! Are you okay?!" He looked at me for a moment before responding. "I'm fine." He told me. "Levi if you don't mind me asking, what were you dreaming about?"
