Xue’s POV
Its already dawn and I still couldn’t sleep, with the mission father offered me I don’t think I could just sleep that peacefully. Another hour has past. With me just thinking, the rays of the sun has hit my eyes, that reminded me of a new day.
"Lady Xue, your breakfast is ready." Said by the servant
"I'm not in the mood to eat."
"But the earth king has requested your presence.." I sighed as i got up and ready myself
"I'll be there for a minute.." i said almost whispering. It's a miracle the servant even heard me.

"Morning.." i said in the most exhausted way possible
"Hmm haven't slept eh?" Said by the earth king as I can't find the words to respond
"Have you thought sbout the mission i gave you?-" the king started and I couldn't stop myself from bangging the table
"i have all night! and will we please talk about it later and let me eat breakfast!" I said lightly shouting as the king looked at me apologizingly
"My apologies, father. It's just, I haven't slept all night thinking about the mission, and all i want for now is to eat breakfast and discuss it later." I stated trying to calm myself
"I understand"

"Lady Xue! There are kids violating the city!" Said the guard
"UGH ALREADY?! IT'S 8 IN THE MORNING!!" I shouted completely losing my cool as i stands up like a toddler not getting her desired candy. My father then laughed as i made my way through the city with a glare.
"Over there!" The guard pointed at the 3 kids slidding at the delivery system. I then bended the earth that threw them at the ground
"Fun time's over kids" I stated trying to intimidate them.
"Two cabbages please?" the nomad poorly disguised as an old man said

"Your majesty, these kids are arrested for vandalism, traveling under false pretenses, and malicious destruction of cabbages." I said as the king looked at the kids
"Hey aren't you the same age as Sokka?" The nomad said
"Yeah why don't we go out some time when all of this are over?" The water tribe boy said as i looked at him disgusted and annoyed. The nomad and the water boy then looked down.
"Off with their heads!! One for each head of cabbage!" The cabbage vendor said
"SILENCE" I shouted as the vendor and the 3 captives flinched. I then cleared my throat
"Only the king has the right to pass down judgements" I said soothing myself
"What's your judgement, Sire?"

"Throw them......" The king started as the three starts to look worried
"a feast!" The kind said as the captives looked as confused as the guards

"The people on my city have gotten fat from too many feast, so i hope you like your chicken with no skin" father said to the nomad
"Thanks but I don't eat meat" the nomad kid said
"How bout you? I bet you like meat" the king said as he shoved a piece of chicken through the water boy's mouth. The king then went to his proper seat
"So, where are you from you bold one"
"I'm from...kangaroo Island!" The nomad kid said
"Kangaroo Island eh? I heard that place is relly hopping" the king said as the silence went loud. The waterboy then forced a laugh
"What? It was pretty funny!"
'this nomad kid looks too suspicious now, wouldn't be surprised if he even turned out to be he avatar' I thought
"Your jokes are making me more miserable father." I said as I yawned
"Fetch" and with that I then threw the chicken straight to the nomad boy. He was cut off guard resulting him to airbend the chicken.
"There's an airbender in our presence, and not just any airbender. The Avatar!" The king said as we looked at their scared faces.
"Now what do you have to say for yourself?, Mr Pippenpadlosicopolis?"
"Okay, you caught me. I'm the Avatar! Doing my Avatar thing! Keeping the world safe, everything checks out! No firebenders here!-" he said as he checked through the table's cover "-so, good work everybody! Love each other! Respect all life! And don't run with your spears" the avatar said as he tried to get him and his friends past the guards
But failed miserably.
father whispered something in my ear. I then went to stand
"Tomorrow the Avatar will face 3 deadly challenges, but for now the guards will show you to your chamber." I stated
"My Lady, do you mean the bad chamber or the good chamber?" The guard asked me as i looked at the king with the same expression
"The newly refurbished chamber.." the king said as they started talking about the chambers. I then sat down and fell asleep at the table.
"I think she fell asleep." Katara said pointing at Xue
"Servants, bring my daughter to her chamber"
"She's your daugher? It's not that you two don't look alike... which is true, But you're too old to have one!" Sokka said clearly confused
"I addopted her but anyway! Bring the Avatar and his friends to the chamber that was once bad!"
