Mahi reached the hotel in morning and directly went to Rohit's room which to his surprise was locked. He knocked it but Rohit didn't open. He tried again and this time he opened it.
Rohit was shocked to see him there as he expected that he was with Virat. He was fighting so much internally to ask that who was with Virat and was he okay ? He just composed himself.
Rohit - "Morning bhai ! U here"
Mahi - "Mind if I come in ?"
Saying this he came inside the room.
Rohit was standing there waiting for him to say something.
Mahi - "What's wrong Rohit ?"
He asked directly coming to the point.
Rohit - "Nothing bhai"
He just shrugged casually.
Mahi - "Why are u behaving so distanced with Cheeku ? He needs us by his side."
Rohit -"So it is not necessary for me bhai .. he is awake and will recover."
Mahi - "Why are u saying like this ? U used to be the person who panicked for him even if gets a back spasm and now u are saying this I cannot believe you"
Rohit - "Bhai I am not that person anymore. I am tired of him so if u have something else to talk about except him .. please say that"
Mahi - "Rohit what's wrong ? U can share it with me u know .. I am here for u"
Rohit - "It's enough Bhai I told u already it's nothing please don't ask me again and again. It is irritating for me"
Mahi - "But Rohit ! Whats Cheeku's fault ?"
Rohit - Enough MS ! U are only concerned about ur Cheeku right then go to him and take care of him .. please leave me alone. I am really done with this topic.
Mahi stood there shocked after hearing MS from Rohit. He never called him that since he joined ICT. He looked at him with so much hurt and left the room.
Mahi reached in Virat's room waiting for them to come as Virat was about to get discharged. He was thinking how to tell Virat about all of it.
Virat came with support of Bhuvi and Ash. Mahi rushed to them and made Virat comfortable on the bed. Virat was gonna ask something but then the team including Rohit rushed into the room.
Jassi asks with tears in his eyes - "Virat bhai u are okay ? It's not paining na?
Rishabh - "Virat bhai how did this happen ? Aap thik to toh ho ?
All others too bombarded him with questions.
Virat - "I am fine don't worry kiddos"
He said with a small smile.
Mahi said to them after sometime - "Let him rest .. u all go and have ur breakfast"
The juniors left and now seniors with Mahi and Rahul bhai were in the room.
Jaddu asked - "Vi tu pakka thik hai na"
Virat - "Ha pakka"
Rohit - "I am going for breakfast anyone coming ?"
Ash asked- "Won't u ask Virat That he is okay or not ?"
Rohit - "Everyone have already asked .. if I ask then answer is not going to change Ash"
Virat said this time - "He is right Ash ! There is no need of that"
Rohit said sarcastically- "Great ! Finally u understood now there is no need for me to come again and again"
Virat - "Ofcourse .. No need to come as u told it doesn't make any difference"
Rohit - "Yes I am already busy .."
Virat said - "Yes I understand ! You are the captain so no need to waste your time !"
Rohit - "Great then I will go"
Saying this he left the room.
Everyone just watched the whole conversation silently between them. Mahi told others to go and have breakfast and have some rest as they stayed whole night in hospital.
Now only Mahi and Virat were in the room. Mahi was trying to understand what was going in Virat's mind but for the first time he had a blank look on his face. His thoughts were broken by Virat's voice.
Virat - "What did Rohit say when u went to him?"
Mahi told everything to him. Virat felt bad seeing Mahi bhai upset about Rohit calling him MS.
Virat - "Bhai why don't u go and have breakfast. And also please take rest because u have been awake since night"
Mahi also nodded at him because truly he was exhausted. He was going when Virat's voice stopped him.
Virat said with so much emotions- "Bhai thank u so much for coming yesterday"
Mahi said lovingly- "Cheeku Ofcourse I had to come. I am just glad that u are okay"
Saying this he hugged him and then left the room so that Virat also could rest.
But it was opposite as Virat was not going to rest. He was gonna find out what was wrong with Rohit.
Virat took his phone and called someone.
Virat - "Hey Krish !! Kaisa hai tu"
Krish - "Mai thik hu Aaj itne baad kaise yaad kiya"
Virat - "I have some urgent work yaar .. u can only help me"
Krish - "Ha bol kya karna hai"
Virat told him what to do and hanged up the phone. He was tired by now but he was having difficulty in laying to his side as he was hurt. He tried again and again but gave up. He thought of asking some help.
Here in dining area everyone was having breakfast while the kids were asking Mahi about Virat. Bhuvi was sitting beside Rohit who was totally engrossed in his phone.
Bhuvi was gonna talk to Rohit but his phone rang.
Bhuvi - "Ha Virat kya hua"
Rohit was also listening as Bhuvi was sitting close to him.
Virat said breathing heavily- "Bhuvi .. i n..e..e..d h..e..l..p"
Listening to that voice Bhuvi with Ash immediately rushed to his room. Rohit silently followed them and stood at the corner of the door so that no one can notice him.
When they entered Virat was almost gonna fall if he didn't had support of bed. Bhuvi and Ash helped him to lay on his right side. Ash gave him water to calm him.
Bhuvi asked softly - "U okay ? Have u aggravated ur stiches again?"
Bhuvi checked the stiches which seemed fine.
Virat said - "Thanks"
Ash - "We are staying with u and I don't want to listen to any arguments atleast till Bhai takes some rest"
Virat just nodded having no energy to argue and slept off due to exhaustion.
Rohit just watched everything with pained expression and left to his room.
