***Marcus***
Another long meeting with the Iget, and this time he had finally done it. There was now an order for execution. The name was Luna Pierce and her red runner dragon. Ark’s searches had turned up nothing and he wasn’t allowed to travel any further than the first Fotia town in every direction. If only we had a runner dragon that was loyal to us. There were only four others in the nation currently and they were all fiercely loyal to the Iget and his cause to kill the Kataigida and the girl with him.
“Dad, I still can’t find anything out and none of the townspeople are talking.” His face was much darker now because of him spending his days in the sun flying and questioning the Paidi in Fotia.
“Son, honestly if nobody has seen her and she has already been gone for months then even the runners won’t be able to track her or Fidi. She is safe as long as she stays hidden.” My shoulders sagged, “Even if we brought her back she would not be safe, the Iget ordered her an enemy of Chora in the counsel meeting today. The best thing she can do is stay hidden.” I could see tears pooling in Ark’s eyes.
“Apparently she is good at it,” He sucked in a breath through his nose and swallowed, “So she can stay that way.” I put my hands on his shoulders and looked into his eyes.
“No more looking, son.” He blinked away the tears and straightened up.
    “Yes, father.”
