Vaibhav divided them into two groups except Diksha and give slip to one each group.

Vaibhav "read it carefully and remember the spelling, you need to find this medicine in Manvi Raghuvanshi and Gayatri Devi."

Manvi and Gayatri together said "Vaibhav."

Vaibhav looks at them then turn to servants to warn them "if you think you can cheat me then you wish your doom. Go and get me the medicine written in your paper. Chachi and Akshita please go with them to check they are doing their work properly or not."

All are looking at him in confusion. After they left, he turns to both and said "you pray to whom you believe save you from me, once I got what I want I will avenge for what you did to my sister." Gayatri is shocked that how he knows all this but Manvi is confused.

Dada ji "Vaibhav what are you doing and what they did."

Vaibhav has evil smile on his face which scared everyone present in hall. Vaibhav said "Dada ji and Papa till now you never know what your decision years back do to me but now you all know the truth which shakes the foundation of Raghuvanshi and bhai for you it destroys your beautiful world by your own. Mom you lost your son today and I promise you that till I breathe I will take care of you but love and respect you will never get it from me."

Vikram knows something is serious and he want to know what his wife and ex-wife did to get that much hate from Vaibhav.

After half an hour Chitra and Akshita come with the medicine written in paper by Vaibhav. They give it to Vaibhav and Vaibhav forward to Vyom.

Vaibhav "bhai what are these medicines for."

Vyom check them and his heart beating so fast by thinking anything wrong.

Vyom "birth control pills." With slow and scared voice but all hear him clearly. Vyom look at Vaibhav with tearful eyes and Vaibhav has similar situation too.

Vaibhav "I want to talk to some gynaecologist to clear some doubts."

Vyom dial one of his colleague numbers who is gynaecologist with shaking hands by seeing him like this other are confused but Chachi got idea what happens. Tear is falling from her eyes non-stop which is not noticed by anyone because their focus on Vyom and Vaibhav. He colleague pick the call.

Vaibhav "doctor I want to ask you some questions."

Doctor "excuse me who are you. This number is Dr Vyom Raghuvanshi's number, where he is."

Vaibhav looks at his brother who said "doctor he is my brother who has some doubts. Can you answer his questions."

Doctor "ok. What are your doubts."

Vaibhav "doctor Vyom bhai will tell you name of two medicines. Bhai." Vyom told the doctor's name of the medicines.

Vaibhav "doctor how much doses you prescribed for these medicines to healthy women."

Doctor "we prescribed one tablet per day from either one of medicine not both that to be short period of time because they are strong one."

Vaibhav "ok but what happens to women who take both medicines daily."

Doctor "if women continue taking these medicines daily for long that can make her uterus damage which make her baren."

Vaibhav "oh. Can these medicines cause miscarriage also."

Doctor "yes if pregnant woman take daily this can cause miscarriage for sure. Can I ask who is taking these medicines."

Vaibhav "thank you doctor for clearing my doubts. Bhai."
