akutagawa, both having a bad sense of humor and wanting to impress atsushi, has probably said something along these lines-

"what do you call a coffee without a lid?"

*atsushi struggles to get the answer, eventually gives up*

"decaf -tated"

*atsushi laughs for a good 5 mins straight*
