Chapter 5

Orihime, Rangiku and I were running for gym class, well jogging.

"Oh? Byakuya has a brother?" Rangiku asked.

I nod my head. "Yeah, he was after me."

"What?! Why?" Orihime asked.

I shrug and stopped to take a breath. "Not only that... He mentioned that I destroyed the Soul Society."

Orihime and Rangiku both stopped then looked at each other.

"That's just silly." Rangiku told me.

"You think so?" I asked.

The two nodded.

Orihime then said something out of nowhere. "Let's put Blossom on a blind date!"

Rangiku and I both stared at her confusingly.

"I know it's sudden. But, you're awfully worried. Well, worrying is not good for us girls. Wrinkles and white hair!" Orihime told us.

I let out a soft sigh. Knowing no matter what I say, I would still end up going on one of these.

"Sure, Orihime. I'm going to the lockers now. You guys coming?" I asked.

"Oh! You go ahead, we'll be there!" Rangiku said, as she held Orihime back.

I started to jog to the lockers.

Rangiku let out a sigh. "What were you thinking? Do you even have anyone in mind?"

Orihime flinched and smiled nervously. "Well..."

"A blind date?" Byakuya asked.

He stared at Ichigo and Renji with curiousity.

Ichigo scratched the back of his head nervously. "Yeah. Honestly, you respect Blossom's decision. So, why not go on a date? Who knows you might like her."

Byakuya shook his head. "I do not need to go on a blind date."

"Byakuya. She agreed to go already. You don't HAVE to like her. But, at least go." Renji said.

This made Byakuya let out an annoyed sigh. "This will be a one time thing."

Ichigo and Renji smiled. "So, you'll go?"

He just nods his head and left.

The two let out a sigh of relieve.

"At least we got him to go." Renji told Ichigo.

Ichigo nods his head. "Yeah..."

Ichigo, Orihime and I were sitting in class. We were working in groups.

The two seemed to be staring at me with a nervous look.

"By the way, I hope I mentioned your blind date is tonight." Orihime said.

I looked at her and frowned. "Orihime. Ryo is around somewhere. Is it even okay to do these things when something bad is happening?"

"It's fine, I'm going to go around with a few other Soul Reapers. We'll keep an eye out. Take a break." Ichigo told me.

Take a break...? When something crazy is happening?

Once school had ended, Orihime and Rangiku took me to Orihime's house to dress me up.

"Well, we got you a reservation at that fancy restaurant down the city." Rangiku said, as she hanged up the phone.

I somehow felt nervous...

Orihime brushed my hair and she said,  "Wow! You look so pretty!"

I looked at myself on the mirror and saw the beautiful blue long sleeved dress Orihime was letting me wear.

" Oh! Your date would be so lucky. Come on." Rangiku said as she forced me out of the house.

We rode on a taxi and I was blindfolded.

"W-Wait... I change my mind." I told them.

"Too late for that." Rangiku said

The taxi stopped. Orihime and Rangiku led me out.

I smelled food, the smell was so delicious. I heard wonderful music playing, but all that faded.

All I smelled now was the night air, water? I heard water, I think it's a fountain?

"Now, sit down. I'm going to remove both of your blindfolds. But, keep your eyes closed for thirty seconds." Rangiku said.

"I'm going to do the same to you." I heard a familiar voice said.

It sounded like Ichigo.

The blindfold was removed. I finished counting to thirty, then opened my eyes.

"Wha..?" I paused and my eyes widened.
