Vale: while the relationship between Vale and Parias is neutral, with some good trade deals but however... the headmaster of Beacon Academy is concerned about their military, Ozpin is kind known to be anti-military and suggested that their country should dissolve their military but Parias respectfully refuses, but overall they have a pretty neutral relationship.
Vacuo: they have the good relationship when it comes to trade, after the headmaster of Shade academy was revealed to be an agent to Salem, Vacuo is thinking of reactivating their military with the help of Parias.
Mistral: once again a neutral relationship with Parias, trade agreements and help Mistral with technological process.
Atlas: They have a neutral relationship until an agent of the RIA revealed experiments to their own people, and plans to abandoned mantle if Salem attacked, the SDC did attempt to establish a mine for dust, but the Parian government banned the SDC from operating on their land.
Arcadia: they were allies during the Great War and still are to this day, trade of weapons and energy and the president respected the Arc royal family.
