The 5 of us sat in this room for 2 goddamn hours. "Aughhh, I'm getting bored!" You whine. "Oh come on! We've been sitting here for two hours. What if everybody else already found their way down?! What are we supposed to do?" Leorio yelled
"We can't be the only ones stuck at the top, we'll look like total idiots!"
"Calm down, Leorio. Complaining won't help"I nod my head, "Yea, it won't do anything" I sigh. "Calm down? What if nobody else shows up before we reach the end of our time limit? Huh?" Leorio let out a frustrated sigh. "I can't just sit here—"
"Shush!" I hit his arm. "Ow!"
"Shut up!"
Kurapika pointed to the cieling. "Do you hear that sound?"
We all stared at the ceiling in surprise and hope. A person might come down! The tapping continued before the time gave way and dropped them.It was...
Tonpa.
"Wow! Good grief!""You filthy pig." I sneer.
"-Oh, great." Killua sighed
"-Look who it is."
All of us, other than Gon, weren't too happy with this. Tonpa the pig has dropped down into our group. Yippee...We all reluctantly explained what needs to be done and put his bracelet on. "Okay!"
Once he did, a door slid open.
"I see, so the door must be programmed to appear once all six timers are put on.""'At this door, select 0 to open, X not to open.'" Gon read the sign. "Using majority rule, already? All right! At least the answer is obvious" He smiled. All of us, simultaneously pressed 'O' on our brackets.
'O-4. X-1'
"What?! Fess up! Which one of you jokers hit the X button?" He glared. Tonpa chuckled, "That was me. Sorry about that. I guess I pressed the wrong button." He apologized.
Leorio grabbed him by the shirt, "Stop screwing around, old man! What, are you blind or something?" He growled.
"I said it was just an honest mistake.""How in the hell do you press the wrong damn button, huh?!" He yelled.
"You better not mess around with us Tonpa, I'll mess you up real good if you do" I sigh.
"It doesn't matter. It's okay. The doors open now." Gon intervened
"It does matter!" Leorio and I synchronized.
"He pressed the wrong button on purpose. He's trying to sabotage us!" He spat.
"Let's go, we don't have time for petty bickering." Kurapika added. Killua agrees
"Let him keep pressing the wrong button if he wants to. The rest of us will just press the right one."I sigh and walk with the others. I pat Leorio back in amusement. "I swear I'll kill him if he messes with us" He grumbled. "Tonpa is just a lying pig, he won't affect us during this" I say to him. "I hope."
We walk to the next room and it was a similar question. "Seriously? I didn't think we'd get another question so soon."
"Which way do you want to go?
O for right, X for left." I read.
"Right?...or left?..."
We didn't say a word, all of us pressed a button without consulting.'O-3, X-2'
Leorio groaned. "Hey! Why would you wanna go right? You always go left! What's wrong with you?" He yelled at us. "That's true. As research has shown, people who are lost or fine themselves at crossroads tend to choose so aa to go to the left much more frequently than right." Kurapika agreed.
"Y'know, I think I've heard that before." Killua mentioned.
End.
I know it's short, I've recently just turned 16 (like- on Sunday), and I have a new job. So it's hard to pitch in my life with 4 days a week (work days) so, I'll be posting more often but they'll be real slow. (But hey- it's something))
