His true reason of doing this is

Revenge for what was done to Oliver Afton, his and William's father

Anyways...

He started searching for Vanessa

It was hard

To find her

Eventually was found out

Vanessa became part of Freddy Fazbear's Virtual Experience

It's a Virtual Reality Game, which was released by Fazbear Entertainment and developed by Silver Parasol Games to make light of the rumors spread about the Animatronics. It is the in-universe name for Five Nights at Freddy's VR: Help Wanted.

- "Help Wanted, plus Virtual Reality?" - he asked himself - "Quiet strange to create a Game about us. Oh, well, I came here for Vanessa"

Vanessa changed a lot since the events of Chris's Death and since she left

And nobody knew, where she is

She's now 23 Years Old Woman with Light-tan Skin Colour, Blond Hair and Green Eye Colour

There definitely were things she had in common with Elizabeth

Well, ever since she became part of this Virtual Experience

She was as fighting Animatronics from FNaF 1-3 (she doesn't know William is inside Springtrap, plus it happens before actual FNaF 3), Funtime Animatronics in Chris's room, which was very strange to have them in there

And it's not all she was needed to deal with

There was even The Curse of Dreadbear, where she was having to deal with Jack-o-Bonnie, Chica, Grim Foxy, Dreadbear himself

And Glitchtrap/Vincent was watching every move she was doing, collecting coins and recording on tapes everything she was saying, it was for Future People, who'll become part of Virtual Experience

That's when a Song started playing and someone started singing:
