This time Riddhima picked up a doll

She remembered that how they got this doll and smiled a lil,once in the orphanage she and sejal were playing with a doll together,'A' doll because they are living in an orphanage where there was no comfort no extra facilities

It was like they were SURVIVING not LIVING

FLASHBACK

Sejal was heavily panting but still running from a girl who was chasing her for the doll which sejal had in her hands(sejal is 7 sand the girl is 9)
G:i want this....give it to me
S:no....i won't,this is mine...
G:so you won't listen....HAN.....
S:but..
She was cutted by that girl as she starting calling her mom

G:MUMMA........MUMMA....
And in meantime she poked her finger in her eyes causing her eyes to tear up

Here sejal was looking at her in confusion

The WARDEN came,yah the girl was wardens daughter

W:what happened babyy....
G: mumma this girl slapped me and even snatched my doll

Because of her previous act,her tears started to come out from her eyes
And warden thought that she was crying

W:how dare you girl....
S:but aunty
W:shut up,give it to me
S:but my mom gave this to me...
W:SHUT UP

And she snatched the doll from her hands and gave it to her daughter

Sejal ran to her room crying ,Riddhima saw her crying and came towards her

Riddhima(softly):what happened buddy

S:(sobbing)that gi..girl.....sna...snatched my d....doll

Riddhima understood that this is again did by her
AGAIN because she was also bullied by her many times

Riddhima ran outside the room

She started coming towards that wardens room where sejal's doll was present and kept on the dressing table

She tip toed towards the dressing table and picked up the doll

BUT in the meantime the girl came in the room and saw Riddhima taking the doll

She immediately started calling her not so sweet mumma

Girl:MUMMA......MUM..

But she remembered that her mumma is not at orphanage right now as she had stepped out if the orphanage for veggies shopping

Riddhima taking this an opportunity started running towards the door but the girl holded Riddhima's right hand tightly

And she started calling her dog,A German shepherd,who was still a puppy but was dangerous for a lil girl like her

After hearing her calling her dog riddhima's face paled and she started shivering

The dog came and started scratching her frock and even her hands

But Riddhima is Riddhima she pushed the girl with her all force
That the girl fallen down on the floor
Even the dog went towards the girl

Taking this as an opportunity Riddhima ran outside the room

Sejal laid down on the floor by her stomach down and started crying

After some time Riddhima returned and poked sejal's stomach by her lil index finger

S:(turning towards Riddhima) what happene.....
She immediately stopped as she noticed that Riddhima has returned with her doll in her hands

But she also noticed that Riddhima's face was deep red that means she had cried but was plastering a fake smile over her face
Plus,her hands were also scratched,blood coming out of her hands

Sejal immediately tore a lil part of her pink frock and tied around Riddhima hands to stop it from bleeding

Riddhima gave her doll to her back smiling and they both hugged ,plastering their tiny bodies to each other

Riddhima took the doll and plastered it to her chest and more tears came out from her eyes

The doll was half burned and half covered with ash
Riddhima took the corner of her pallu and started cleaning it

Meanwhile

Vansh was walking towards his office and his mobile started ringing showing angre name
He picked up the call
A:boss mehta company files are with you??
V:Yah,i was reading them last night
A:boss we need them for our next deal
V:ok,wait i am taking it with me
A:ok boss
Vansh hanged the call
And started walking towards his room with long strides

NOW Riddhima picked up a half burned photo in which she and an old lady was there
Riddhima's breathing stopped for a second thinking about the memories she has with thatas she remembered that this old lady is the warden who was present with her till she was 5,
Then one day when they were on a trip with the warden,they were crossing a road, a girl of their group,who was the wardens daughter, ran towards the road seeing the puppy and picked up in her lap
A huge truck was passing by the same road with a electric speed,seemed that the truck will hit the girl,the warden ran fast as she could towards her daughter and saved her but in the process the truck hitted her and she lost her life
This was SEJAL became an orphan
YAH the girl was SEJAL
And the old woman in the photo was sejal's mom

She still remembered that day,every child in the orphanage was crying,screaming,after knowing that their that Aunty is never going to come,never going to answer their call,when they will be hurt and will call her name

THAT day sejal came to the orphanage with a doll in her hand,the same doll which that girl had snatched
sejal is the FIRST and LAST friend of Riddhima
Till Riddhima's 5 she had no friend
