Wedding Buddy (chapter 1)

"Huh? Wait why can't I see his face?" the girl asks her mother confused while getting her hair done by a hairdresser. "I told you already that there will be five other weddings that's all getting celebrated together means, you could enjoy the thrill of finding out who your husband gonna be" the mother told, seating next to her daughter.

"Mom, I already decided, for you and the campaign, to get married... arranged, why can't you in exchange at least let me know who imma marry?" the girl asks frustrated and turns lightly her head to look at her mother.

"Youjin... don't whine" "I'm not whining! I ask a very understandable question" the girl named Youjin protested. "Now stay still, we have 3 hours left till the wedding begins... your make up and dress needs to be done in that time" the mother controlled and checked her tablet with all the informations for the wedding.

Through the door of the room a secretary walked in and bowed to the mother and daughter "There are important guests who ask for the mother of the bride" she said with a monotone voice.

"I gotta go" the mother smiled which Youjin weakly mirrored before sighing after the door slammed close.

Youjin was more then frustrated, only two days ago she accepted the arranged marriage contract her parents pleaded her to accept the last few weeks and now she is sitting here and can't even see her potential husband.

"I hope at least he's pretty" she murmurs under her breath while getting the last strands made on her head. The hairdresser finished for why she got changed for the make up artist which started right off making the face of the girl.

Youjin thought about it, six weddings in one day, at the same place, at the same aisle, in the same room. After accepting the contract Youjin at least wished to meet her potential husband or have a private wedding, but her wishes were never heard of her parents.

She knew she needs to do it for the campaign, she knows how important this was for her parents but at the same time thinking of marrying for them was over her expectations.

"Is she at least pretty?" the boy asks his father while tying his tie for the wedding. "Well... I wouldn't say she's prettier than your mother but she gives the feeling of a responsible woman" the father answered while eyeing the mother beside him which, satisfied of his answer, smiled to her son.

"I don't know if 'feeling of a responsible woman' tells me if she's pretty" groaned the boy from the answer of his father which was for him, in no way enough information.

"Ah shush!" the mother answered pissed to the reaction of her son. "You will love her" she continued with a placed smile on her face, the boy turned to his parents with a skeptical look.

"I hope it's not Minah I'm marrying!" the boy asks with utter shock. His parents widen their eyes and waved it off "No No it's not Minah this time" the father laughs lightly to the shocked boy.

He only sighed relieved and turned away again to the mirror. He tucked once again at his suit before telling himself he's ready. "Wait here, it will take a while till the wedding begins... we will so long talk with the guests" the mother smiled and after proceeded to leave the room with her husband.

The boy sighed again and looked at the mirror "Minho, you survive this" he murmured and looked at his reflection.

Once his family already tried to marry him with someone called Minah, his cousin. Minho at first didn't thought much of it cause of the friendship between the two. At the wedding well, many things didn't went as planned and the marriage was not made.

Now he just accepted the contract because of his parents, he knew they loved him but at the same time he knew they used him for the business. He got used to cameras flashing against his eyes making him almost blind, seeing posters everywhere with his face on it as he was the face of the agency.
