As soon as class ended, Keeho slips away from the crowd of students after changing back into his clothes and wiping the sweat from his face.
He hung with Intak while waiting for the bell to ring for their next class, until the principal's voice boomed through the speakers, announcing that the rest of the classes for today would be cancelled due to the fact that the school will be cleansed of bacteria to avoid the spread of sickness.
"Yes!" Intak celebrates quietly and they go to pack up their things from their lockers.
"Can I stay at your place for a while?" Keeho asks as he shoved his bag in his locker. "My parents are away, so it'd be lonely."
"Of course. If you're willing to be in the same room as Taeyang hyung, that is-"
"Nope, nevermind." He can't even handle being in a full classroom 20 seats away from Taeyang, let alone be closer to him.
"Come on. Taeyang hyung is nice!" Intak attempts to persuade, but the older didn't listen.
"No's a no, Intak. I am not going where he's going." The older of the two says matter of factly. "Just the thought of it makes me shiver, and not in the good way. Eugh."
"Fine, fine."
After shutting their lockers, Intak excused himself to the bathrooms and asked Keeho to wait for him by the hall. But just by Keeho's luck, a girl in white approached him while twirling her hair.
"Keeho! I was wondering if you'd wanna go to the arcade with me." She asked, wrapping herself around his arms.
The ravenette made an uncomfortable face as he slithered away, slightly sticking himself closer to Intak. "Sorry, Yunhee, but I gotta get going. I have a project to do."
"We can do it at my place! History, right? I'm pretty good at history." She tried to persuade.
Keeho hesitated. He definitely didn't wanna be alone in the same room as Yunhee. She's a nice girl, but she doesn't give up. He can't exactly lie about doing the project with Intak, because he already finished presenting. Keeho looked around the practically empty hall, before spotting someone.
Heeseung, his longtime friend, noticed his staring, and gave him a friendly wave, before returning to his conversation with Jay.
"Uh, Hee and I were gonna do the project together, actually." He lied.
"Oh… but-" Before Yunhee could speak, there was a sudden call of her name. It was her friend, Yujin.
"Yunhee! Get your ass over here! I'm the one who you're gonna do the project with, remember?" Yujin called out, and jogged towards the three. "Sorry, you guys." She apologized before dragging Yunhee away.
Keeho shook his head with a sigh, before being punched in the shoulder rather harshly. "Ow, Intak! What the fu- oh."
His face fell when he saw the culprit. Taeyang had bumped into his shoulder, and was now looking at Keeho as if he'd just put a curse on him. "Are you fucking crazy?"
"Maybe you should watch where you're going next time, asshole." Keeho cursed back.
Taeyang tsked. "Not my fault you're blind."
"Wha- I'm not even the one who bumped into you!" He retorted, getting an eye roll from the other.
"Whatever." Taeyang mumbled, walking away with Sunghoon trailing behind him.
"Sorry, hyung. He's… like that." Sunghoon apologized on his behalf. The other knew that he was trying to be as nice as possible.
"It's whatever. You should get going home soon. I'm still waiting for Intak. He's taking quite a while…" Keeho trailed off, turning around to glance at the corner where the bathroom was just around.
"Did he not tell you? He's going out with Sunoo." Sunghoon informed.
"He's fucking what?!"
"No, no! Not like that! I mean they're going to the mall!" The figure skater rephrased, hands waving rapidly.
"Geez, I thought that guy had went and gotten a boyfriend, for fucks sake. Then again, Sunoo's dating Ni-ki, isn't he?" Keeho ran a hand through his hair.
Sunghoon nodded, but before he could even get a word in, Taeyang was calling his name.
"Sunghoon! Where are you?"
"Oh, gotta go!" He excused himself, and ran towards Taeyang, catching up with him and Jiung.
Keeho's phone dinged as soon as the trio disappeared from his sight. He fished it from his pocket and saw that it was a text message from Intak.

DON'T LEAVE ME HERWKeeho groaned in annoyance, and shoved his phone back into his pocket. Intak was always bailing on him, but he's grown used to it. Intak was a sophomore, so he's got his own friends.
He exited the school and walked to the nearby bus stop, running into Taeyang in the process. Keeho sat on the bench furthest from him, avoiding eye contact.
Taeyang didn't seem to notice him. He was texting away on his phone with a dumb smile and McDonalds cup in hand. Must've been a boyfriend or something.
When the bus came, the two entered, Taeyang accidentally bumping into Keeho again, but he ignored him.
"Hey-! Ugh, nevermind." The Canadian rolled his eyes, and grabbed onto the straphanger.
The ride took a while since there were lots of passengers on the bus. Keeho felt his eyes begin to fall, only for the bus to hit a sudden stop.
Half of the passengers flung forwards, only barely being able to stop themselves from launching out of the glass windows.
Keeho felt a cold splash on the back of his shirt, and he knew exactly who it was. Because he was the only one who brought a drink into the bus.
"Choi fucking Taeyang." Keeho seethed, all eyes on them.
Taeyang stared at him wordlessly, cup now on the ground. He chuckled lightly. "Serves you right."
Keeho's last straw snapped. He grabbed Taeyang by the collar, pulling him close enough so that their faces were merely a few inches away from each other. "What the fuck did you just say?"
"Serves you right."
"What was that for, you fucking asshole?! Don't you know how much this shirt costs?" The iconic burberry pattern on his shirt was a good indicator. "You better fucking apologize."
"What? Gonna cry to mommy and have her pay me to apologize? Or complain to your fanbase and have them come after me? What a joke." Taeyang pushed him away.
Keeho wasn't someone who got angry a lot, even to his mortal enemy. He didn't like to either, but this was just too much. He may have been from a well off family, but he never took it for granted.
"Dude, I think you should just apologize." An unknown man said to Taeyang, the high schooler only rolling his eyes in dismissal.
"Call it revenge." He smirked.
Keeho had had enough. He quickly stormed out of the bus, even if it wasn't his stop. Taeyang smiled in victory, knowing he'd won.
Taeyang opened back up his phone and continued texting.
